(1) The invigilator shall fill in the mark of "Missing Examination" on the answer sheet, and fill in the necessary information such as the candidate's name, examination number and seat number. If you need to paste the bar code of the examinee information, you should paste the bar code at the corresponding position.

(2) Put the candidate's answer sheet into the test paper bag. And fill in the candidate's information in the column of "Missing information record" in the test paper bag.

After the exam, pack the answer sheet:

(1) After winding, the test paper, draft paper and test paper bag are sealed. It should be removed and only the answer sheet should be put in the test paper bag. The answer sheets should be arranged in the specified direction and order according to the seat number from small to large, and then put into the test paper bag.

(2) The answer sheet and the test paper bag cannot be folded.

Nourishing plan:

1, 20 minutes before the exam, the invigilator goes to the examination office to get papers and manuscripts.

2. Before the exam 15, the invigilator will go to the examination room to check the students' seats in order.

3. Distribute the answer sheet 0/5 minutes before the exam, sort out and check the students' names, test numbers, bar codes and other related information, and then distribute the test paper after filling it out.

4. Listen to the school radio and students begin to answer questions.

5, before the end of the exam 15 minutes, remind the students to pay attention.

After the exam broadcast, the students were asked to stay where they were. Two invigilators are monitoring the whole audience while collecting test papers. The invigilator is responsible for collecting test papers one by one in order. After the inventory is correct, the students leave in an orderly manner.

The teacher ranks the students according to the total serial number from small to large (trumpet in the upper part and large in the lower part). If there are any missed exams, the invigilator will fill in the name, affix the bar code, paint the missed exam icon and insert them in order.

7. After receiving the test paper, the invigilator will concentrate on the guidance office to sort it out. The answer sheets for grades four to six need not be bound, but should be clamped firmly with clips. The test paper should be ordered in one gulp, without sealing. After finishing it, it will be handed over to the patrol captain for safekeeping.
