In order to effectively improve the quality of mathematics teaching in our school and promote the better and faster growth of young teachers, the mathematics discipline group held a special meeting on improving quality in the conference room on the afternoon of April 13. The meeting was presided over by Director Yang of the Teaching Department. The main contents of the meeting are as follows:
First,? Director Yang emphasized the related work.
Director Yang emphasized that the daily work of departments should be orderly, unit tests should be held regularly, and test results should be registered in time. The results of the biweekly oral examination should be reported in time. In order to promote the construction of intelligent classroom in our school, Director Yang called on every math teacher to master piad teaching as soon as possible and actively apply it to classroom teaching.

? This is the important agenda of this meeting. As a senior math teacher in our school, Teacher Zhang Junmei shared her years of educational experience with every teacher:

Every time Mr. Zhang takes over a new class, he talks about math with the students. Taking the learning of Chinese words and English words as examples, he encouraged children to learn math well if they can learn Chinese and English well. She often tells her own educational stories to students, giving them confidence and encouragement.
2. Insist on correcting homework every day and comment on wrong questions in time.
Every day before a new lesson, Mr. Zhang has to deal with the problems in the homework the day before. Every time her students get homework, they will correct the wrong questions first and then do new homework.
3. Classroom discipline is the guarantee foundation of classroom quality.
Teachers must be good at observing students' facial expressions in class, pay special attention to students who are in a daze, and be good at reminding children to pay attention in class with some tips.
4. The art of teaching is actually the art of coaxing.
Teacher Zhang believes that the art of teaching, in layman's terms, is the skill of coaxing, making children happy and "coaxing" children to be convinced.
