In the 2022 Anhui College Entrance Examination, the total score of the college entrance examination was 750, the full score of Chinese, mathematics (literature/science) and foreign languages (including listening) was 150, and the comprehensive score of arts and sciences was 300.

Literature and history candidates take Chinese, mathematics (literature), foreign languages and liberal arts (including politics, history and geography), while science and engineering candidates take Chinese, mathematics (science), foreign languages and science (including physics, chemistry and biology).

Anhui Province issued the Implementation Plan for Deepening the Comprehensive Reform of College Entrance Examination in Anhui Province. The freshmen who entered the school in the autumn of 20021formally entered the new college entrance examination mode of "3+ 1+2". The national college entrance examination will be used from 2024, regardless of arts and sciences, and foreign language listening scores will be included in the total score of the college entrance examination. Anhui College Entrance Examination Scheme: "3+X"

"3" means "Chinese, Mathematics and Foreign Languages", and "X" means that students can choose an examination subject independently from the two comprehensive subjects of liberal arts (politics, history and geography) and science (physics, chemistry and biology) according to their own wishes. This scheme is the most widely used and mature college entrance examination scheme in China.

The foreign languages in the national unified examination subjects are divided into six languages: English, Russian, Japanese, French, German and Spanish. Candidates can choose one of them to take the exam. ? Candidates who apply for foreign language majors should take the oral test.

The oral English test is based on middle school foreign language textbooks, and the candidates are comprehensively evaluated through interviews or computer tests.
