At 7: 30 every Sunday night, it has become a habit to watch "three visits to the cottage" by Chen Shui-bian and Wang. Zhang's theoretical knowledge, Chen Bian's emphasis on students' perspective and Mr. Wang's wonderful teaching slices bring us a lot of thoughts. On April 8th-10, the "three-way researcher" came to Dongguan, and was able to attend this meeting and meet many famous teachers, as if the idolization was successful. Confucius said, "In a threesome, there must be a teacher." After three days of observation and study, I learned nutrition from 16 expert teachers, hoping to grow up.

1. Keep persistent and create teaching ecology.

Miss Wang, who has a strong Taiwan Province accent, is the real teacher. It is always uncomfortable to listen to Mr. Wang's class at first, because Mr. Wang's class is casual and the blackboard is messy. Later, I heard that his class is good because it is true and unpretentious, so that no student can fall behind in class. This time, I dare not comment on "decimal times integer" proposed by Mr. Wang, because I really don't understand, and there are many disapproving voices at the scene. However, I really appreciate what Mr. Wang said, "I have too many obsessions in this class." This obsession is exactly what many teachers lack.

I know how to think for children, but I won't tell them how to think. I often ask students to think independently before group communication in class, but students often see that tasks are discussed directly in groups, lacking independent thinking. In Mr. Wang's class, the first link gives students a task and asks the children what is the most critical part of the requirements. Students talk to me, some say "in your own way" and some say "simply explain". Finally, Teacher Wang said, "Actually, I want you to pay attention to independent thinking, and don't let others influence you or disturb others." I also suddenly realized that in front of the task, we often only pay attention to the task itself and seldom pay attention to the premise requirements of the task. Students often turn a blind eye to the word "independent thinking" in courseware. If teachers do not guide them to think and practice independently, students' independent thinking ability cannot be established.

I know I want the children's group to report it, but I didn't pay attention to the reporting process. Group discussion and report are good ways for students to communicate with each other. I often ask, "one person speaks, others listen, and if the method is the same, the listener will supplement." After reading Mr. Wang's request, "First, whether the methods and instructions of team members' mutual inspection are reasonable;" The second is to integrate different methods, only to find that I lack the links for children to compare, analyze and summarize. After the discussion, Mr. Wang asked the group with fewer methods to report first, and stressed that fewer methods did not mean that the methods were not good. This requirement allows groups with fewer methods to have no worries, and also allows groups with more methods to compare similarities and differences, avoid repeated reports and improve classroom efficiency.

I know you listen, but I didn't make the children understand why they should listen. In the previous training, a teacher said that the specific requirement of listening is "turn to him, look at him, listen quietly and hear the end." But this sentence is too long, so I simplified it to "follow the voice with my eyes" in class, but there are still some children in class who laugh or can't wait to express their views when they hear the speech they disagree with. In Mr. Wang's class, it is clearly required that "no hands should be raised when someone speaks", and students should think about why they can't raise their hands. Students naturally realize that raising their hands may just focus on their own thinking and will not continue to listen. After students' thinking, this seems to be the teacher's request, but in fact it has become the student's spontaneous request.

With Mr. Wang's eighteen martial arts skills, the last class is completely fine. However, Mr. Wang has an obsession, and I think that is to create a good teaching ecology: all students should love to think, listen, express and appreciate, just like a beautiful landscape painting, giving people a natural comfort.

2. Panoramic teaching, into the mathematics forest

Zhang Hongwei's live lecture has been heard twice, and each time I feel Mr. Zhang's full teaching enthusiasm. Teacher Zhang's enthusiastic voice, exaggerated expression and blushing cheeks are devoted to the class. Children are told that they can "talk nonsense", "talk nonsense" or "run amok" in class, which actually gives them a safe environment for thinking and expressing. This lesson "Review of multiplication and division in table" is introduced from a formula "35- 15", which leads children to write four operations of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, and then finds the similar and opposite relations among the four operations through observation. The student asked, "What is the relationship between addition, subtraction, multiplication and division?" After thinking and reasoning, students understand that there are two similar and four opposite relationships among the four operations, and have a deeper understanding of the four operations.

Teacher Zhang initiated panoramic mathematics education. In teacher Zhang's explanation, "panorama" means "let children study and think about a tree in the whole primeval forest, and think about the whole primeval forest by studying a tree". In the big forest of mathematics, you may only see a tree or even a leaf in each class, but it is "quite critical" to learn every knowledge point in the panoramic view of mathematics, so that children can learn more abundantly, fully and completely. I gradually understand the importance of unit integration, which can not only make children's learning more organized, but also establish the connection between students' knowledge and content in related review and expansion classes, so that learning will be more meaningful.

3. Asking questions leads to learning and presents a wonderful class.

The lesson "Year, Month and Day" given to you by Teacher Gu Zhineng is my favorite lesson. It is wonderful, transparent and unforgettable. Different from the two common teaching methods, one is to observe the calendar and find out the relationship between year, month and day; The other is task-driven method, which throws a scene and constantly solves tasks. Teacher Gu asked the students what they knew about "year, month and day" as soon as they started class. The students basically said everything they want to learn in the textbook. It turns out that the knowledge base of students is already higher than the learning content in textbooks. Teacher Gu asked the students to raise their doubts. The students put forward many interesting questions: "The year is divided into a flat year and a leap year, and the month has a big month and a small month. What day is it? " "Mathematics is regular. Why are there no rules for the big moon and the small moon? " Many questions have never been thought of by the teacher, and I have to marvel at the problem consciousness of these children. This lesson is about asking questions and solving problems. When the little question marks on the blackboard are erased one by one, I think the questions in the children's hearts are disappearing one by one.

Einstein said, "It is often more important to ask a question than to solve it." The ancients said, "Learning begins with thinking, and thinking originates from doubt." This shows the importance of problem consciousness. Students' own questions can stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning more than those thrown by others. Students may internalize all the knowledge they have learned in the process of asking and solving problems, because that is what students are really interested in. Teacher Gu's questioning class really takes students as the main body of the class, guides learning by asking questions and promotes the real occurrence of learning.

After three days' study, it can't be said that every link and every viewpoint of the experts are completely digested and absorbed. It is also a kind of gain to leave thinking, inspiration and confusion in your mind. 10 classes have their own characteristics, 16 teachers have their own styles. "In a threesome, there must be a teacher." Teachers should also turn into learners from time to time, learn from others' strengths, make up for their own shortcomings and learn all the way.
