In 2023, Jilin Province took part in the national B-volume examination for mathematics. Jilin adopted the old college entrance examination "3+ liberal arts integration/science integration" mode, and took 4 kinds of papers in 6 subjects, namely, students taking liberal arts: Chinese, mathematics, English and liberal arts integration, and students taking science and engineering: Chinese, mathematics, English and science integration.

College entrance examination papers are generally sealed and archived, and they are not allowed to be taken out of the examination room after the college entrance examination.
