(1) Theoretical study is an effective means to promote teachers' growth. This semester, we re-learn the theory of the new curriculum standard of mathematics, re-understand the essence of the new curriculum standard, promote the renewal of everyone's ideas and better serve education and teaching.
(2) Teaching and research activities should integrate theory with practice to provide teachers with the key to solving problems. This semester, every math teacher has established the research theme and the content of teaching and research courses. Teachers actively participate in class evaluation. In the open class activities, we adopt the way of thematic evaluation, treat the problems in the open class sincerely and discuss them together, trying to solve the puzzles in our work through discussion and demonstration, so that classroom teaching becomes practical and simple, so that students can learn solidly and really gain something, thus achieving the role of comprehensively improving teachers' professional quality.
