From June 5438+1October1to1October 23, 2009, I was fortunate to attend the training for key teachers in Zhangqiu. During 10 days of observation lectures, visits to famous schools, exercises and discussions, I was lucky enough to enter Suzhou Lida Middle School, Shanghai Linsan Middle School, Experimental Middle School of Education College and Songjiang District Folk Music. I was deeply shocked by visiting and studying in famous schools such as Shanghai West Middle School, feeling the atmosphere of famous schools and listening to cutting-edge educational ideas and theories. The reason why famous schools become famous schools is that these schools have their own unique ideas and characteristics. For example, Suzhou Lida Middle School was originally a private middle school. The school motto is: "If you want to stand up, you must achieve", and the school has inherited the tradition of Suzhou Middle School. With the training goal of comprehensive quality, obvious specialty, strong ability, sound personality, physical and mental health and strong social adaptability, it has developed from four classes founded in196 to 7 1 class and 250 teachers, becoming the top school in Suzhou. In Songjiang District Minle School, the school adheres to the overall planning of "building a school with quality, brightening the school with characteristics and strengthening the school with management", and is committed to building a top-quality school and realizing five visions, namely, "promoting the sustainable development of the school with team building and leading the connotative development of the school with cultural construction; Democratic management promotes the harmonious development of schools; First, curriculum construction promotes the all-round development of the school; Information technology promotes the leap-forward development of schools. " There are some activities at school at noon, such as fencing team and band performance, and the characteristics are quite obvious. The school strives to enhance students' self-confidence through these activities, promote learning through activities and achieve the goal of quality education. By taking classes in these schools, I also want to talk about my following experiences:

1, Shanghai schools attach great importance to the construction of campus culture. 2. Shanghai schools attach great importance to the education of students' behavior habits. When entering every school, students will wear school uniforms and red scarves. Many students will take the initiative to greet our visiting teachers. In school, students can't hear loud noises and chases. In class, most students will take the initiative to record, take the initiative to learn, and take notes while listening. Good study habits.

3. A little change in educational concept. After taking teachers as the main body and students as the main body, Shanghai's educational concept is more unified with the dual-subject concept, advocating student-student communication, teacher-student communication, student evaluation and teacher-student evaluation to improve the effectiveness of classroom communication. In class, students evaluate each other, and also let students evaluate the teacher's teaching. In this class, we can feel the real harmony between teachers and students.

4. High-quality teachers. Under the educational background and information environment of the new curriculum reform, Shanghai is promoting teachers' professional development through various technologies and multi-dimensional ways. In class in Shanghai, I have to admire the teachers' superb courseware making skills. Teachers' wonderful classroom design is displayed through courseware design, even our teachers will not be distracted. The learning effect of students can be imagined. After a class, students are still happy to learn. In Shanghai, information technology has been applied to the whole process of classroom teaching, including preparing lessons, organizing students to study by themselves, conducting evaluation and extracurricular learning.

During my study, I was lucky enough to listen to the academic reports of famous professors such as,,, Lu, etc. As a teacher, life is wonderful because of the classroom, and the quality of work determines the quality of life of students and students. To make students happy because of us, we must learn to look at teaching phenomena from emotional dimension, reflect on teaching theories, change teaching concepts and establish.
