First, establish a good teacher-student relationship.

Establishing a good relationship between teachers and students is the basis of creating a happy and harmonious classroom atmosphere. Only when teachers and students communicate harmoniously can both teachers and students enter the best state and achieve the best teaching and learning results. In classroom teaching, teachers should be good at shortening the spiritual gap between teachers and students with kind eyes, kind attitude and enthusiastic praise, sincerely care for and help every student, and never name and insult or beat students who are backward in learning and disturb classroom discipline. We should influence or stop this behavior with personality charm, point out students' mistakes in good faith, and fully respect and trust them. At this time, it did not affect the teaching, but also effectively "awakened" several students who were prone on the table, and the atmosphere in the classroom was also very active. I think this has not affected the classroom, but has achieved good results. Therefore, the relationship between teachers and students is good, and both teachers and students will be immersed in a relaxed and happy classroom atmosphere to achieve effective teaching.

Second, be good at creating a pleasant teaching situation.

It is the best motivation for students to have a strong interest in what they have learned. Therefore, before learning new knowledge, it is necessary to create situations related to the teaching content, such as telling stories, playing games, visually demonstrating and simulating performances. Stimulate students' interest in learning and desire for knowledge, and let students understand and know mathematics knowledge in vivid and concrete situations. Teachers use various situations in teaching to create more opportunities for students to think independently, stimulate students' learning motivation, develop students' potential ability, and enable students to improve their intelligence while knowing and understanding what they have learned. Creating a pleasant teaching situation is conducive to the cohesion of the classroom atmosphere. Situation is a bridge between real life and mathematical theoretical knowledge. Teachers should build this bridge so that students can actively look forward to the other end of the bridge.

Third, actively carry out inquiry cooperative learning.
