In the past two years, I have approached the new education bit by bit and contacted it bit by bit. I am also understanding the true meaning of new education bit by bit. The new education is the education of happy teachers and successful teachers, as well as the education of happy children and successful children.
The new education says that what kind of teacher students meet, what kind of education they meet. I am willing to be a warm teacher, and I am more willing to receive a temperature education.

In order to make our classroom beautiful, my children and I designed our class culture wall, which is closely surrounded by "fireflies" in groups. From the name of the group, to the training, to the rules, emblem and vision of the group, the children are very attentive. Although it is not particularly beautiful, it is done with great care. What you do with your heart is the best. I hope each of these little fireflies shines.
Third, school-based curriculum, enrich life
Teacher Zhu Yongxin said that the classroom is a pole, with one end bearing the curriculum and the other bearing the life. A perfect classroom is not only beautiful in appearance, but also beautiful in connotation. I also try to take my children to do classes together. 1. Read aloud in the morning and travel through the four seasons in poetry.
In the summer vacation before I took over this group of children, I planned to take them to morning reading. It should be a wonderful thing for teachers and children to wake up with poetry at dawn and polish it with poetry every day.
That summer vacation, I thought and thought, and finally decided on the theme of morning reading "Four Seasons", and chose 10 four-season ancient poems, including reading guidance, appreciation and children's tasks. After a summer vacation, our own morning reading was born after school started.
Every morning, we read these poems together, as if walking in the beautiful four seasons together, as if watching the scenery in the beautiful four seasons together.
2. Read books in the afternoon and grow up with famous books.
Get close to famous books, infiltrate life with books, and enrich life with classics. In order to cultivate children's good reading habits and lead them to the road of reading, let's read together.
I am free to read every day except at other times, and self-study in the afternoon is my designated reading time. Every afternoon at one o'clock, children will take out extracurricular books to read, or they can arrange them freely according to their own interests.

I just ask them to make a little progress every day than yesterday, and then record it carefully. It can be three or five sentences or one or two hundred words. For example, in class yesterday, I listened to 10 minutes and slept for 30 minutes. I listened for 20 minutes and slept for 20 minutes today, and I made great progress.
In such a record, children standardize their words and deeds bit by bit, change their attitudes bit by bit, and make progress bit by bit in such introspection.
4. Games are played in middle schools and schools.
Talking about learning directly with these families with learning difficulties will make them extremely painful. So if you want them to learn, you must change a pattern.
