3. Make full use of stories to improve students' interest in learning.

For primary school students, the charm of stories is endless, and it is the nature of primary school students to love stories. So we often use stories to introduce new lessons, but Mr. Dong uses stories more than that. After learning new knowledge, she also asked students to make up stories according to formulas. What impressed me the most was that after she taught "Division with Remainder", she designed an exercise for students to further understand the meaning of the division formula, so that students could make up stories with the formula "10 ÷ 4 = 2". With the help of life experience, students developed rich and reasonable imagination. Some students weave apples in the fruit shop, some students weave lollipops to entertain their classmates, some students weave balloons at the get-together, some students weave prizes ... The children's homework is illustrated and clear at a glance, which is really a pleasure to watch. After reading these, I can't help thinking: the potential of children is unlimited. Give them a chance and they will give you an unexpected surprise. Teacher Dong's teaching is not over yet. In the following exchange and sharing, the students not only understood the meaning of the division formula with the help of the situation, but more importantly, they found that the same formula was "10 ÷ 4 = 2...2". Everyone's story is different, and the unit name is different under different circumstances. The formula is really amazing! The boring formula becomes interesting in the hands of students, as if telling a vivid story.

Third, learn mathematics with the help of math diary.

Teacher Dong said: "Keeping a diary is not the patent of Chinese subject." In order to consolidate mathematics knowledge, we often use exercises, but sometimes we can't see the students' learning process and thinking level from the answers to the exercises. Through math diary, we can find students' confusion, differences in thinking, joys and sorrows in learning mathematics, and their emotional changes, so as to capture this information in time, adjust teaching in a targeted manner, and better teach students in accordance with their aptitude.
