On the basis of fully digesting the existing research results and methods, Fan, who worked in the laboratory for four days and four nights, creatively introduced p-adic and Galois' thinking methods with amazing mathematical talent, and successfully solved the "Hansen Mullen conjecture" and Cohen's problem. The famous British scholar S.D. Cohen called the proposed p-adic thinking method the Van-Han method.
