1. When setting the password, the state of the case switch [CapsLK] is inconsistent with that when entering the password;
2. After the password is set, it is hidden in the notebook keyboard [7, 8, 9, U, I, O, J, K, L, M,,,. The state of the keyboard [7, 8, 9, 4, 5, 6, 1, 2, 3] is inconsistent.
3. The combination of the above two situations.
Solution:
1. Change the state of the case switch [CapsLK] and try your "correct password".
2. Change the status of these [alphabetic keys/hidden numbers keyboard] through the notebook key combination [Fn+NumLK] and try your "correct password".
3. Combine the above two schemes.
Remarks:
1, Fn, the [letter key/numeric keypad] and the [NumLK] functions hidden on a key are generally marked with color, or the color identification is different from that of ordinary keyboard keys (usually blue or orange).
2. Generally, there are [CAPSLK status] and [NumLK] status indicators on the keyboard panel of notebook computers. Pay attention to the functional status of these indicators when setting/entering passwords.
Some notebooks have few indicators, only the power indicator. When the [CapsLK] status and [NumLK] status of these notebooks change, there will be a prompt message on the screen.
