Define your values and set goals. People with goals can live a full life only if they have ambition and direction. Start with small goals, don't expect too much, do what you can. At the same time, be careful not to rush for success, and understand the truth that haste makes waste.
Second, make a study plan.
Learning must be planned. The study plan points out the direction for learning, your thinking will be clear and your efficiency will come up. You can take out a piece of paper or a notebook every day or week to make a plan, and then start implementing it according to the plan. When you cross off one task after another, you will have a sense of satisfaction and accomplishment, you will have the motivation to learn, and then the learning efficiency will be higher and higher.
Third, relax.
Although we want to improve our learning efficiency, we can't keep learning, which will make our brains feel tired and put pressure on ourselves. We can relax at an appropriate time. This has to mention pomodoro technique, using pomodoro technique, choose a task to be completed, set the tomato time to 25 minutes (the tomato clock can be used to focus on the ocean, and I am using it now, and the effect is good), and concentrate on my work. I am not allowed to do anything unrelated to the task until the tomato bell rings, and then draw an X on the paper to take a break (just 5 minutes), once every four tomato periods.
