Generally speaking, the only valuable thing on a certificate or award is the seal.
It is certainly useful to have a good student in the district. In some places, competitions within small organizations will give a provincial title certificate.
So what matters is the gold content of the association/organizer that stamps the certificate. The subject can directly search the contents of the seal, such as xxx club, and basically see the nature of the competition, and then compare the specific rules of relevant policies (such as requiring competitions organized at or above the municipal level to be counted) to judge whether it is useful.
