Zouping Zou Liang Primary School? liu xiaodong

From February 9, 65438+to June 6, 65438+,in 2020, the second advanced workshop training for famous teacher studios was held in Zibo. 1 1, Professor Guan of Qingpu Normal University gave us a one-day report on "Research on Special Courses Based on' Three Practices and Two Reflections'". Fortunately, as a member of Class 3 in Binzhou, I studied with Professor Guan in Qingpu, Shanghai for five days according to the training steps of Class 3 from 2065438 to September 2009. During this period, our Cai teacher and Qingpu teacher have a special report almost once a day, listening to lectures, listening to reports and participating together. We study in practice, study in practice, and then I am teaching and researching when I come back.

First, classroom case studies promote professional growth.

The schools we follow are district middle schools and township middle schools in Qingpu District. The teachers who interact with us in the teaching and research group are all very young and new teachers who have just joined the job. Under the leadership of Dean Guan, their growth speed is shocking enough! What is the reason? In my opinion, one is persistence. Dean Guan has been leading the teachers. The second is collective strength. We all prepare lessons collectively in the subject group, but how to prepare lessons and how to grind lessons? "Three practices and two reflections", observing and evaluating the classroom in different latitudes, concretizing the tasks and objectives of attending classes, and pointing out the direction for us. The third is the shortcut of "theme". Teacher Guan studied with different themes and led everyone to sort out examples of different themes, paving a shortcut for teachers' professional growth.

Second, what are three practices and two thoughts?

How to organize our usual teaching and research activities? Generally speaking, the group members are divided into teaching and research classes, the teacher prepares lessons in advance, the group prepares lessons for this class in advance, tries to give lectures by themselves, and then shows them in the group. The members watch and evaluate the class, talk about the pros and cons, and then end. Then three practices and two reflections are different from our usual teaching and research activities in form. As the name implies, "three exercises and two reflections" actually means that the course needs to be taught and polished three times in the process of teaching and research, and during this period, the teachers and observers in class have two self-reflections. The specific operation is as follows: after determining the theme of the class, the teacher prepares the lesson and attends the class for the first time, which belongs to the primitive behavior stage, and the teacher pays attention to the teaching behavior that the individual has experienced; In class, teachers observe the classroom according to different observation points and evaluate the classroom after class. At this time, both the teacher and the teacher are conducting self-reflection and evaluation, which belongs to the stage of updating ideas, and everyone is looking for the gap between themselves and others. After that, the teacher prepares lessons again according to the teacher's opinions and his own reflection, and goes to class a week later. The teacher is still attending classes at the original observation point, which belongs to the new design stage. Teachers and teachers pay attention to the teaching plan design of new ideas and new experiences. After this link, everyone will reflect and evaluate the classroom, which belongs to the stage of improving behavior, and everyone will look for the gap between design and reality in the process of listening and watching classes; After that, the class teacher redesigned it, and after a week, the class teacher continued to watch the class. At this time, the class is in a new stage of behavior, and teachers are concerned about the behavior adjustment that students get. In other words, at this time, the course is basically mature and can be promoted as a class. So how to promote it? I think the last task is particularly important, that is, speaking with a pen, the class teacher writing the lecture notes, and the teacher writing the lecture report according to the observation points. I believe that after the polishing of this lesson, teachers have made a qualitative leap in the design of the lesson. If teachers observe a lesson for a long time, they will become experts in this field over time. In fact, I feel that the polishing energy and motivation of our high-quality classes and observation classes are put on the teaching and research of normal classes. The final result is to promote the growth of all teachers, improve the overall level of teaching and research groups, and polish one lesson after another that is exemplary, useful and can be bypassed by analogy.

Third, what is the theme-based lesson learning?

Thematic case study is not only a polishing of a case, but a complete research process. This includes the study plan of special courses. Take the case study scheme of "Classical Chinese Teaching Strategy" in Pudong Middle School in Qingpu District of Shanghai as an example: a complete case study scheme is divided into five parts: research background, research theme, research arrangement, research paradigm, case writing and communication. Research background mainly talks about the background, purpose and function of this course. The theme of training is particularly important. The determination of the theme is representative first, which can represent a kind of content, play a leading and demonstration role, and achieve the effect of everything through training. For example, the teaching of rules in the discipline of morality and rule of law, the teaching of classical Chinese, prose and expository writing in the discipline of Chinese, the teaching of polygonal nature in the discipline of mathematics, the teaching of operation rate and so on. When determining the training theme, we should also determine the observation points according to the content of this theme. The research arrangement proposal is combined with our semester teaching and research activity plan. Our teaching and research activities are all school-based teaching and research, which is the easiest to integrate with subject teaching and research. Under the guidance of the famous teacher's studio, county-level teaching and research and municipal teaching and research are also very possible. Research paradigm refers to three practices and two reflections, and its focus is on the specific division of labor between observation points, so that teachers can attend classes with questions and purposes. The final class writing and communication is the concretization of this study, and it is also an important aspect of personal growth and team growth.

Fourth, how to write the teaching design of the theme class?

2065 438+065438+2009 10 Exhibition and training of the theme teaching and research activities of the Zou Liang Union Master Studio Based on the theme lesson study of "three exercises and two reflections", the method of "three exercises and two reflections" is mainly recommended and displayed. 1. The theme of the case study in this class is "Exploring the effectiveness of the classroom teaching of the sixth-grade rule of law book", so I designed a preview case and an expansion case before and after class to achieve the knowledge goal through pre-test and post-test; Secondly, according to the nature of Morality and Rule of Law and the content of this lesson, I designed four observation points and interpreted them. Third, whether the design of teaching objectives is specific, whether the design of teaching objectives is effective, whether it points to classroom teaching, whether the focus and difficulty are appropriate, and whether students have gained something from learning; Fourth, instructional design teaching.
