Notes on writing:

Note that there is no 0 on the clock face, but there is 12, so the starting point is 12. 0: 30 in the 24-hour clock is pronounced 12:30 on the clock face, and meridiem is added to distinguish between morning and afternoon.

The format of writing time in twenty-four hours is "hours: minutes" (for example, 0 1:23) or "hours: minutes: seconds" (0 1: 23: 45). Numbers less than 10 should start with zero. Most analog clocks display time in 12 hour system and rotate once every 12 hour. The twelve-hour clock is divided into two periods: morning and afternoon.
