The Project Management Research Committee of China Overall Optimization Method and Economic Mathematics Research Association (hereinafter referred to as "China (Double Method) Project Management Research Committee") is a national-level project management professional committee under China Overall Optimization Method and Economic Mathematics Research Association founded by the famous mathematician Mr. Hua. Founded in 199 1, affiliated to Northwestern Polytechnical University, it is the only cross-industry, cross-regional and non-profit national academic organization of project management in China, and the only professional organization of project management in China that has joined the International Project Management Society (IPMA) on behalf of China. Carry out all work in accordance with the PMRC Charter.

The purpose of PMRC is to promote the discipline construction of project management in China and the specialization, professionalization and internationalization of project management.

Among them, the double method refers to the "optimal selection method" and "overall planning method" used in project management.
