(1) Evaluation content

The interview follows the qualification examination standards and examination syllabus (interview part) of teachers in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens, and mainly examines the applicant's basic teaching qualities such as professional ethics, psychological quality, appearance, speech expression and thinking quality, and basic teaching skills such as teaching design, teaching implementation and teaching evaluation.

Interview method

By means of structured interview and scenario simulation, the course is previewed, tried and defended. Interview unified use of the interview evaluation system issued by the examination center of the Ministry of Education.

1. Waiting for the exam: Candidates arrive at the test center on time with the interview admission ticket and ID card and enter the waiting room for the exam.

2. Topic selection: according to the arrangement of test sites, log in to the interview evaluation software system, and the computer randomly selects questions from the question bank (kindergarten candidates choose 1 from the two selected questions, and only choose 1 from other categories). After the candidate is confirmed, the system prints a list of questions.

3. Lesson preparation: Candidates enter the lesson preparation room with lesson preparation papers and test papers, write lesson plans (or demonstration activity plans), and prepare lessons for 20 minutes.

4. Answer the prescribed questions. The examiner randomly selects 2 prescribed questions from the question bank, and the candidates answer them for 5 minutes.

5. Trial lecture/demonstration: Candidates give a trial lecture (or demonstration) according to the prepared teaching plan (or activity plan) for 10 minute.

6. Defense: The examiner will ask questions around the content and test items of the candidate's trial (or demonstration), and the candidate will defend for 5 minutes.

7. The interviews of candidates in cultural courses in secondary vocational schools are the same as those in senior high schools. Candidates need to add 5 minutes of professional knowledge overview when applying for specialized courses and practice instructors in secondary vocational schools.

8. Scoring: The examiner comprehensively scores the candidates' interview performance according to the scoring standard, fills in the interview scoring form, and submits the score through the interview evaluation system after being signed by the team leader.
