Method for frying oil cake with baking powder and yeast
Preparation materials: 300g flour, 3g yeast powder, 2g baking powder, 3g salt and 2 eggs.

1. Put all the materials in a clean and waterless container.

2. Add a proper amount of warm water, knead it into a smooth and soft dough, and then cover it with plastic wrap to wake it up (you can knead the dough in the refrigerator at night and take it out in the morning).

3. Wake up to twice the size.

4. Gently knead the fermented dough on the chopping board, knead it into strips, and then cut it into small doses.

5. Take a small dose, roll it into dough, and then make three cuts on the dough with a knife.

6. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot and heat it. When the oil temperature is 60% to 70% hot, put the oil cake and fry it on both sides with medium and small fire.

7. Fry and serve.
