XX years, a new year has come. In order to find out what I have done in the past year, I specially checked last year's plan. Now I will summarize the one-year training as follows:

First, the theme of training:

1. Over the past year, members of our math group have carried out activities seriously under the organization of Teacher Nie. The theme of our group study is "Interpretation of Primary School Mathematics Textbooks and Classroom Practice". This year, we chose Number and Algebra: this field was interpreted and studied. Number and Algebra consists of four parts: number cognition, number operation, common quantities and exploring laws. Further understand the knowledge structure, key and difficult points, arrangement characteristics and the target level that students need to achieve in each learning cycle. Around this theme, members are required to interpret the content of each block by themselves before each activity, and then put forward their own confusion in the discussion according to their own understanding. Over the past year, each of our members has given a seminar, and I have also given a review class, sorted out my own records and reflected on my own shortcomings.

2. Understand the various parts of numbers and algebra:

Understanding of the arrangement of four operations: the arrangement of four operations is from the first grade to the end of the fourth grade. The guiding ideology of the textbook is to let students know the function of mixed operation and the function of the order of operation in the process of solving problems, so that students can have a long transition time and gradually understand and understand the order of mixed operation through rich realistic materials, which disperses the teaching difficulties. There is no mixed operation in the following textbooks, and the four operations of decimal and fraction are all based on this. Therefore, the combing of the four operations in the fourth grade must be solid.

Understanding of calculation: calculation itself is a skill, which needs to be mastered on the basis of understanding in order to reach the point where you don't have to think. Therefore, teachers should understand the requirements of calculation: evaluation should run through the teaching of written calculation, sort out and summarize the calculation methods within a certain teaching time, ensure the necessary exercises, appropriately supplement the amount of exercises, and strengthen the design of exercise classes. For example, when learning multiplication, division and distribution, this type of problem book is rarely practiced, but if you train well here, you will encounter this kind of problem in the future decimal and fractional operations, which is not easy to transfer. Therefore, it is necessary to supplement a certain amount of exercise for training.

Second, personal training:

1, reading:

Carefully read and approve "Suggestions for Teachers 100", and now it has been annotated to every 87 suggestions. Although I have read every suggestion carefully, I can't understand the ideological connotation of the suggestion well because of my lack of reading and cultural background. No matter how difficult it is, I will stick to it. The rest of the time, I still insist on reading my favorite math editions "Primary School Teaching" and "People's Education Edition", from which I can extract something suitable for me and use it in classroom practice. For example, the attempted teaching method published in the first issue of People's Education has benefited me a lot, and many articles such as activity list tutorial cases have made me taste the sweetness.

2. Classroom teaching.

My foothold is: pay attention to every student, pay attention to students' thinking process, and teachers should urge students' thinking to develop in depth in the form of questions, so that students' thinking can move and live. I also tried to implement it in the classroom, but I didn't do well in this respect, because I changed to a new class in the new semester and got to know them again. Students should have an adaptation period with themselves.

3. Other aspects:

This year, I sent two classes to the countryside, one is "triangle understanding" and the other is "multiplication formula of five" After I came back, I recorded the lesson in time and made a profound reflection.

At the beginning of the year, I insisted on watching the classroom teaching of famous teachers once a month, but I didn't insist. I also listened to a few classes, but I didn't analyze them carefully: what's good about the famous class? Why do you want to design like this? What is the impact on the development of students?

Over the past year, I only know how my work is progressing, and I don't want to find any reason to explain it. I once said a famous saying, "Time is like water in a sponge. As long as you are willing to squeeze, there is always something. " I can only hope that in the next year, I can gain something!
