How to implement innovative education in junior high school mathematics classroom teaching
In the traditional mathematics classroom teaching, teachers only pay attention to the teaching of mathematics knowledge, and teachers dominate everything in the mathematics classroom. Students can only listen carefully and study hard, and teachers don't give students room to explore independently. It is difficult for students to exert their initiative in learning, and there is no way to develop their personality. The cultivation of students' innovative ability is replaced by knowledge teaching. With the implementation of the new curriculum reform, teachers have improved their understanding and changed their thinking. As a junior high school mathematics teacher, we should fully combine the characteristics of mathematics subject, create innovative education environment in mathematics classroom teaching, and cultivate students' innovative consciousness and ability. Then, how to carry out innovative education in junior high school mathematics classroom teaching? Based on my own teaching practice, I have made the following explorations: First, junior high school math teachers should raise their awareness of innovative education. Mathematics teachers should first understand the innovative education under the new curriculum. "Innovative education" is an education with the basic value orientation of cultivating people's innovative spirit and ability, and its core is the cultivation of innovative ability. In this sense, in mathematics teaching, through the education and influence on primary and secondary school students, they can be prompted to understand the new discoveries, new ideas and new methods in the field of mathematics, master their general laws, cultivate their mathematical ability to a certain extent, and lay the foundation for their future mathematical quality. That is to say, in the process of fully implementing mathematics quality education, we should focus on studying and solving the problem of how to cultivate students' innovative consciousness, innovative thinking, innovative skills and innovative personality in mathematics. Second, teachers should be fully prepared for innovative mathematics education. As a teacher, we should first believe in students' innovative potential. In order to cultivate students' innovative quality, teachers should actively study themselves and make full preparations. First of all, mathematics teachers should have innovative spirit, which is an important factor in cultivating students' innovative ability in mathematics teaching. Due to the acquisition of students' mathematical knowledge and the formation of their abilities, teachers' leading role can not be ignored, and teachers' own innovative spirit will greatly stimulate students' innovative enthusiasm. Therefore, we should fully mobilize teachers' enthusiasm and innovative spirit, strive to improve their innovative ability, master more novel and flexible teaching methods, and constantly explore and innovate in teaching practice to enrich and improve themselves. Secondly, a relaxed and lively classroom atmosphere and teacher-student relationship are suitable "climate" and "soil" for cultivating students' innovative ability. Exam-oriented education with the goal of "enrollment rate" makes teachers and students in a highly tense mechanical knowledge transfer, which makes it difficult to form innovative consciousness and seriously hinders the cultivation of innovative ability. Therefore, in mathematics teaching, it is necessary to change the mode of paying equal attention to teachers' teaching and students' learning, realize the transformation from teaching to learning, and create an active classroom atmosphere suitable for students' active participation and learning, thus forming a relaxed teaching environment conducive to the healthy development of students' subjective spirit, innovative consciousness and innovative ability. Third, create a set of extracurricular activities to adapt to innovative education. Expand students' mathematical knowledge system structure, broaden their horizons, really improve students' quality and focus on the future. Third, the strategy of developing innovative mathematics education First, advocate heuristic teaching to stimulate students' interest in learning. When teaching mathematical knowledge, through relevant examples, the role of mathematics in scientific development is explained, so that students can understand the significance of learning mathematics, encourage students to learn to become talents, actively participate in mathematical practice activities, and stimulate students' interest in learning mathematics and motivation for achievement. Third, strengthen the cultivation of mathematical ability and form innovative skills. Mathematical ability is an individual psychological characteristic manifested in mastering mathematical knowledge, skills and mathematical thinking methods. These processes contain all the contents of innovative skills.
