How to strengthen the construction of primary school mathematics subject group and create efficient classroom
With the gradual deepening of quality education, it is particularly important to construct efficient classroom teaching. The basis of efficient classroom teaching is "effective lesson preparation", which is relative to ineffective or inefficient lesson preparation. What is an ineffective or inefficient lesson preparation? It refers to the teacher's copying in lesson preparation, lack of thinking and innovation without seriously studying textbooks, learning curriculum standards and mastering students' learning situation. The performance is as follows: preparing lessons by "copying and selling now", lack of planning, reading textbooks before class, turning over reference books, designing teaching process, writing simple lesson plans, perfunctory, coping with school inspection and assessment, and the content of preparing lessons is seriously out of touch with specific teaching practice. "Repeating yesterday's story" means that some relatively old teachers think that they have taught or have taught more than once, instead of using the old lesson plans to prepare lessons, "wearing new shoes and taking the old road", and some even take classes only by experience and perceptual knowledge, which leads to the lack of effective control in the classroom and the arbitrariness of teaching. What is effective lesson preparation? Effective lesson preparation is relative to the above-mentioned ineffective or inefficient lesson preparation, which means that teachers learn from, absorb and carefully design all aspects of classroom teaching on the basis of carefully studying textbooks, studying curriculum standards and preparing students and resources, so that students can really move in the classroom, make the classroom really alive and strive to maximize classroom benefits. How to prepare lessons effectively? According to the reality of our school, it is proposed that the activities of the teaching and research group should be carried out around the "three ones", that is, the preparation group should prepare an excellent class every week, and the teaching and research group should have an excellent class every week to discuss a typical class. Combining with school-based teaching and research activities, I would like to make some suggestions for teachers' reference: First, preparing lessons independently is the premise, an important process for teachers to improve their teaching level and ability, and the only way for teachers to realize their self-development and professional growth. Independent lesson preparation should be an excellent course, which should meet the requirements of "three levels". The first level is the basic level, that is, the first lesson preparation is that teachers prepare lessons with their own cognitive level and understanding, analysis and excavation of curriculum standards and teaching materials after getting the teaching materials. Secondly, it is the development level, that is, the second lesson preparation, that is, after consulting the reference materials and teaching reference books, I will reflect on my lesson preparation, further deepen my understanding of the teaching materials, truly understand the arrangement intention of the textbook editors, grasp the knowledge system of the subject, and master the teaching requirements, key points and difficulties. On the basis of reflection, review and prepare lessons. Thirdly, preparing lessons for the third time, that is, through the actual understanding and personal experience of classroom teaching, summarizes the success or failure in the classroom, and then reflects on the summary, realizes jumping out of the teaching materials and reaching a new realm. Compiling top-quality courses and designing top-quality teaching plans are teachers' creative work after in-depth thinking and reflection on textbooks, curriculum standards, themselves and students, which has an important role in promoting a teacher's teaching level and professional growth. Second, cooperation in preparing lessons is the key. Cooperative lesson preparation is collective lesson preparation. Teachers in the same grade and subject will form a lesson preparation group, which is convenient for group discussion and mutual learning, and is conducive to checking each other's independent lesson preparation. This link needs to prepare lessons independently first, and then exchange and cooperate. Make clear the position and function of lesson preparation content in this book and this chapter, make clear the teaching objectives, key points, difficulties and emphases of this unit through group cooperation, design methods to break through key points, and uniformly design reasonable exercises, classroom tests and homework. Cooperative lesson preparation has great benefits, which can concentrate the wisdom and experience of many people, improve teaching quality, help teachers develop at a high starting point, improve their teaching level and professional level, and promote unity and cooperation among teachers. However, it is difficult and time-consuming to organize collective lesson preparation. Over time, it is easy to become a mere formality, and it is difficult to persist for a long time. To this end, we must be clear about the practice of "giving people fish." (1) Choose a lesson plan, and each teaching and research group will choose a typical lesson plan on the basis of full discussion every week. (2) Determine the active and standby personnel and ask them to prepare lessons independently. (3) Discussion: teachers and students give lectures first (about the requirements of curriculum standards, content characteristics, learning situation analysis, goal determination, teaching process, teaching methods and teaching resources), and the whole group of teachers and students have targeted discussions to encourage everyone to put forward questions and opinions, so that everyone can have a real ideological confrontation and collision and debate and think about common problems. Finally, the teachers and students synthesize the collective opinions, modify the main and standby teaching plans and form them. (4) Teaching, the group chose a teacher to teach, which may not be the main backup, and recommended the ferry teaching method. (5) Re-discussion, on the basis of all the group teachers' lectures, sum up the gains and losses, success or failure, further learn from each other, inspire each other and improve each other, so that teachers can truly master the teaching materials processing methods, effectively control the teaching process and innovate classroom teaching. So as to form a classroom teaching mode with its own characteristics and realize real collective lesson preparation. Third, reflective lesson preparation can promote reflective lesson preparation, that is, teaching reflection. Teaching reflection should run through all aspects of lesson preparation and teaching. As mentioned above, there are two aspects of preparing lessons independently. The reflection of the first lesson preparation is the basis of the second lesson preparation, and the reflection result after classroom teaching is the third lesson preparation. According to their own actual situation, teachers should often go to the scene to verify the operability of all aspects of classroom teaching, sum up, sort out and reflect on their own successes and failures, and write "feelings after preparation" and "feelings after teaching". Through reflection, experience and feeling, help yourself to sum up and accumulate a set of basic abilities and skills suitable for students' reality, and effectively control classroom teaching. Teaching reflection is a teacher's re-understanding of his own teaching, a re-summary of his own teaching experience and a reflection on his own teaching behavior, which can promote the formation of his own teaching ideas and teaching characteristics. Preparing lessons is the key to a good class. Only by preparing lessons effectively can we build an efficient classroom. Lesson preparation should not be a mere formality, but should be "eclectic", publicize personality, make bold attempts and be brave in innovation. Under the guidance of "effective" core, we should give full play to collective wisdom, strengthen lesson preparation, learn from and communicate with students, really implement effective lesson preparation, improve classroom teaching efficiency, build an effective and efficient classroom, and constantly promote the overall improvement of education and teaching quality in our school.
