New Target English is a series of junior high school English textbooks jointly published by People's Education Publishing House and Thomson Learning Publishing Company (now Sengage Learning, USA).

Advocating task-based teaching activities is the best way to cultivate students' innovative spirit and practical ability and communicate with each other by using language.
