The team leader's debriefing report is an important content of teaching and research activities, a prerequisite for a good class, a key to improving classroom teaching efficiency, and a key work of the school guidance office during this period. Therefore, our group attaches great importance to this work this semester and has put it into practice. This paper combs and summarizes this work, sums up experience and draws lessons, so as to pave the way for the beginning of future work.
First, study hard and design teaching plans independently.
This link is the first link for teachers in our group to prepare lessons, starting with reading the syllabus and curriculum standards carefully, then reading textbooks, examples, exercises, reference books and other people's lesson plans, initially conceiving the activity design of each link in the classroom and writing the first lesson plan independently.
Second, cooperation and exchange, the second revision of the teaching plan.
After each unit's teaching, we should reflect and summarize the bits and pieces in this unit's teaching, and discuss and exchange the teaching of new content in the next unit at the same time. We should start with the order, steps, additions and deletions of the teaching content, decompose and formulate the unit goals and class goals one by one, sort out and classify the new knowledge points, find out the growth points and migration points of knowledge, and make full preparations for the design of the new curriculum. But for the teaching of examples, each teacher puts forward his own teaching plan and communicates in the group. He chooses teaching methods and learning methods, designs lesson plans suitable for students in this class, and discusses and studies in groups from the design of preparing questions, how to transition between links, how to carry out inquiry activities, how to do that, how to consolidate the level and type of exercises, and what teaching AIDS and learning tools to prepare, and then makes a second revision of lesson plans after a unified understanding.
Third, after-school reflection, improve and perfect the teaching plan
After class, we should use the break to give feedback on the problems in teaching, students' bright spots and various situations in homework, put forward some improvement measures and write teaching reflections. For example, when we teach divisor to divide into decimals, we carefully study the textbooks in advance, sort out the knowledge points in each section, and generally design teaching plans in a unified way. But after teaching, it is generally reflected that students are easy to understand and difficult to do. Especially after the divisor moves after the decimal point, the dividend is also expanded by the same multiple. Some students did badly, some only moved the decimal point of divisor without moving the decimal point of dividend, some moved the curved surface, the decimal point of quotient was aligned with the decimal point before moving, some moved the same number of digits, some wrote confusedly, they couldn't see where the decimal point of dividend was, they couldn't correctly align with quotient, and some had difficulty in trying to quotient. Teachers get together to discuss individual training methods. First, train the decimal point of dividend to move at the same time, and then teach a simple and clear writing method, that is, first move the decimal point of dividend vertically, and then write dividend on draft paper. This can avoid the situation that the decimal point of quotient and dividend is right or wrong, and gradually the calculation effect of students is much better and the correct rate is greatly improved. This is the crystallization of everyone's wisdom.
Fourth, learn from each other and improve together.
In this period, teachers from Longhua and Yuejin Branch were invited to participate in the collective lesson preparation. When studying textbooks, sorting out knowledge points and talking about teaching rules, everyone spoke enthusiastically and talked about their own understanding and handling opinions on textbooks, which also gave us a lot of inspiration. In particular, the teachers of Yuejin Primary School talked about the effective development of teaching and group activities for poor students, which inspired every teacher, showed us their professionalism and care for poor students, and learned some ideas and methods.
Finally, I want to say that collective lesson preparation is a garden where a hundred flowers blossom and a hundred schools of thought contend. It is a place to learn from each other and make progress together. It is an effective measure to improve classroom efficiency and the only way for every teacher to succeed. I hope everyone will get wider and wider on this road.
