The winners of the 2023 National Mathematical Olympiad for Middle School Students (Final) are as follows:

There were 678 students participating in this final, resulting in 229 gold medals (the top 60 gold medals entered the national training team), 302 silver medals and 46 bronze medals/kloc-0. Compared with 2022, the total number of gold and silver medals increased by 1 19.
