In order to make young teachers adapt to their teaching posts as soon as possible, and gradually move towards standardization, so as to stand out from the crowd, the education department organized young teachers to seriously study theories, provided as many opportunities for young teachers to go out to attend lectures and study as possible, and enthusiastically set up a stage for young teachers to provide teaching practice research, so that nearly 40 young teachers could learn.
1. In the summary of in-class lectures last semester, the guidance office reflected that most young teachers don't know how to grasp and analyze the teaching materials, and teach step by step according to the teaching process designed by others, which can't reflect teachers' personality in the teaching process. To this end, in March, the Guidance Office and Zhongshan Road Primary School jointly held a speech contest for young teachers, and organized all teachers to participate in the "How to Speak" training organized by Director Huan.
