I was so busy this afternoon that I forgot to go to class. At that time, after lunch break, I just returned to the office and sat down to catch my breath, thinking that I could finally have a glass of water. As a result, the first class was mine, and I forgot to attend it. I rang the bell for two or three minutes, and only when I heard something in the classroom did I remember that I was in class.
? —— Preface of the article
I'm a first-grade primary school math teacher who just took office on September 1 this year. I don't have any work experience before, and my only teaching experience is to be a tutor in the university and give lectures when I take the teacher qualification examination. On August 3rd 1 day, I received a notice from the school, interviewed, took up my post, and went to work on September 3rd1day, attending math class and quality education class in Grade One or Two, which was purely accidental.
The cause of the incident was that I resigned in April this year and stayed at home for several months. I signed up for the teacher recruitment exam in the district in July and August, and I ... don't know why, I forgot to take the exam. The person who was admitted just told the school that I couldn't go on August 3 1, and the school found my number temporarily and called me. So I went to the school for an interview in a daze, which was lucky.
It may have happened so fast that it has been non-stop before it can get used to it.
On the first day back, I spent an evening cramming lesson plans, but I didn't know how to write lesson plans at that time, so I spent an evening writing lesson plans for three hours. On the first day of class, I was in a hurry.
Since then, every day has been like a war. The students are full of brains, and they can't even sleep at noon. The dream is full of students. A month later, I successfully lost weight from 96 kg to 89 kg. I haven't weighed it recently. I'm afraid I'm sorry. ...
Here is a brief introduction to my daily work:
1. Morning
Get up at 6:30 every morning, get dressed 15 minutes, brush your teeth and wash your face, have breakfast and go to the toilet 15 minutes, eat, wash dishes and clean up the kitchen 10 minutes. 5 minutes to pack up and go out, the first class is on time at 7: 15, the first class is absent, and occasionally it is five minutes late to go out at 7:20 (the first class is only on Monday, so I am used to going out at 7: 15). When we get to school, it's usually from 7: 30 to 7: 35. Sometimes the traffic jam is serious, but it won't exceed 7 o'clock at the latest.
go to the school
When you get to the office in the morning, put down your schoolbag, turn on the lights in the classroom, then go back to the office, pack up books, USB flash drives, medals for rewarding children, notebooks, bees and other things to be used in the first class, and enter the classroom on time before 7:40.
Read ahead
Let the children take out their books and pencil boxes, check their homework and take them to review the new knowledge they learned the day before. Leave five minutes for them to go to the bathroom and wait for class.
Attend a course
Step 5 rest
Every time before recess, the children come to the office, so the second class is almost over, all kinds of small problems. It may also be that some children didn't do their homework well and the exam was not ideal. After talking with them, the class will begin soon.
Of course, most of the time, I still have the opportunity to go back to the office to prepare what I will talk about in the next class, H.
My class is usually connected with two classes, the first class and the second class.
So I hurried to the second class. The same is true between classes.
In the third class, I thought I finally had time to have a rest, but after the class, I thought about the students' feedback, how to attend the next class, or correct my homework and write a lesson plan, and 40 minutes passed. After class, I went to the toilet, and the students ran to the office again. The students were in conflict, some quarreled, some vomited, some cried, and then started class again.
6. Lunch and lunch break
Usually in the fourth class, I go to eat. When I come back, when I am on duty (that is, when I watch my lunch break), I will go to class to cook for the children, watch them eat, clean up and take a lunch break. The time is from 1 1: 15 to 13:40. I'm off duty. I went home for lunch break at noon several times before, but now I don't go home either. Because I can't sleep at home, I'm still full of students, so now I stay at school to correct my homework, write lesson plans, think about students' feedback, and think about how to attend the next class and how to do better. Sometimes dreams are about this.
I wonder if there is a new teacher like me. ...
7. Afternoon
There are classes in the afternoon. If there is no class, we will continue to correct homework, write lesson plans, sort out feedback, find children with poor homework to write homework, or reply to parents' messages and feedback to exchange children's learning situation. Waiting for school to end. The children finish school at 3:20 and we finish work at 4:00.
At the end of the day, my head will explode. The only comfort is that I feel tired when I see the smiling faces of children every day.
8. Get off work
Judging from the time, getting off work early sounds easy. Actually, I didn't know until I experienced it. My head is not easy. Every day after work and homework, there are many private conversations of parents to answer, which is normal and lasts until seven or eight o'clock every day. Every parent and every child must do their best to communicate and guide. ...
I don't know if it is because I am a new teacher and have to learn everything, so I feel particularly tired. For example, in class, what happened to today's class, how about students' feedback, how to teach the next class in another class, how to combine it with students' feedback better, how to make all students understand, how to talk about the next class to make students learn more easily and master better, and how to make students keep up with the rhythm of class? Classroom discipline, how to deal with better management, how to be as quiet as a class teacher?
……
Every day, these questions are thrown at me like bombs. Although I want to drop out of school next semester for thousands of times, it's too much trouble. But when I got to school, I still couldn't help worrying about this group of Xiong Haizi for a hundred times and couldn't rest for a moment.
Sometimes it's easy to see other teachers. I don't know if I worry too much or I have too little experience. However, there is no lack of experience. Maybe my method is wrong. I still need to work hard. Take your time. I think everything will be all right.
Finally, attach this group of photos of Xiong Haizi to see what you have done to your teacher and break your heart.
