I remember that when I first taught this class, the students didn't prepare the books and exercise books for this class. So I told my classmates that the things to be taught in this class must be prepared before the next class and placed in the upper left corner of the table, which will save time. In the next class, some students are obedient and some students don't do as required. I praised the students who did better, and most of them did well in the next class. So the teacher is the best guide.

For rural areas, most parents now go out to work, and children can only follow their grandparents, which leads to neglect of homework and poor academic performance under the doting of the elderly. At this time, teachers become the best parents. Gorky once said: "whoever loves children, children will love her, and only those who love children can educate them." Therefore, teachers should pay attention to these children, give them more love, strictly demand their study, and keep them interested in learning. There is such a girl in our class. Her parents and grandparents are working in other places, and there are three children at home. Usually she has the most pocket money, but she doesn't study hard. I usually don't do my homework for many reasons, or I lost it. I took such measures: communicating with her after class made her feel that the teacher was very good and liked me very much, so she was embarrassed not to finish her homework.
