Today, I had a phone call with Ling Jie, mainly about my psychological dilemma and preparation dilemma when I applied for primary school mathematics. During the call, Sister Ling once again opened my mind, showed me the possibility of success and taught me practical ways to do things.
About psychological dilemma:
The fear and inferiority of the interview produced great pressure. Too much pressure can easily lead to mental decline, and it is also easy to destroy the underlying logic that supports you to challenge unknown emotional forces. Just like when I 1 1 went to the interview that day, I listened to the interviewer's words to do the questions after I entered the tutor center because I was afraid of giving a trial lecture. When I found that I had no idea to solve the problem, I tried to attribute it to that I was not prepared to avoid internal friction, and I just focused on thinking about how to solve the problem.
In education, the most taboo is to be a teacher who can only do problems. Teaching knowledge is only a function of teachers. As a teacher, it is more important to understand students' situation, pay attention to their inner needs and growth, and inspire them to learn to learn and grow healthily.
In addition, as a teacher, emotional stability and a positive attitude are very important. Only with a strong heart can we meet the needs of students' growth and development.
On the dilemma of employment preparation;
The job I interviewed: I don't know the training object and goal, teaching form and requirements of the teacher I work in that tutor center;
For my own work preparation: I didn't locate the grade I taught, didn't analyze the students I could teach, didn't master the content of teaching materials, the relationship between knowledge, the internal logic of knowledge points and the method of teaching people to solve problems, and didn't listen, study and imitate the teaching methods and psychological structure of professional teachers in the process of teaching and learning;
Positioning yourself: I don't understand, and I actively show my advantages in matching primary school math teachers. For example, I love children very much, I have the patience to guide and educate them, I pursue perfection carefully and earnestly, and I strive to keep growing.
I think my negative preparation and fear of the trial lecture come from my self-blame and self-doubt after I don't know where to start preparing and mechanical thinking.
Therefore, we should always go out and see the beauty of the world, prepare hard, actively practice, challenge the unknown, consult our predecessors, read more books and experience more, and regard every attempt as an opportunity for growth and change.
