The educational narrative story of the head teacher 1 Building the Arc de Triomphe for children.
I read a story in a magazine yesterday: American parents like to send their children to participate in sports activities organized by the community. An important reason is that this kind of sports team is mainly encouraging and aims at participation. In a certain season, after the first game, the coach asked the parents to form two teams face to face, and then the parents raised their hands and shook hands with the opposite parents, forming a long "Arc de Triomphe". Laughing, the children ran under the door one after another. Later, regardless of winning or losing, parents followed the "Arc de Triomphe". As a result, this team with poor football has been playing the championship finals of the club.
After reading this story, I feel that as a teacher, I have built too few "Arc de Triomphe" for my students. I have always treated all students with a "fair and just" attitude. When students get grades, when students behave well or make progress, I will give enthusiastic praise and encouragement in time and enthusiastically publicize the deeds of outstanding students so that the whole class can learn from them. Patience education for students with poor learning and moral character-point out their shortcomings. I was delighted to see a student with poor grades and bad moral character turn around and leave the class, thinking that my burden was reduced and I could stop grinding my teeth from now on. Now think about it, for them, I gave them unequal opportunities, unequal treatment and one-sided evaluation.
There is a group leader of Chinese and Mathematics in the class, who is responsible for keeping homework and sending and receiving homework. This class has been taught for half a semester, and staff have been arranged for both semesters. These group leaders are all good children, with excellent homework, neat handwriting, strict discipline and few physical problems. I have been calling on everyone to learn from them. One day, I received Cheng Xiao's diary with only a few lines on it. Teacher, you are too biased. Why can't we be the team leader? Li Yue, they get good grades, love to talk and exercise regularly, so their ability and study are naturally getting better and better. And we are often reprimanded, and our self-confidence gradually declines, so naturally we can't. In fact, I really want to try to be a team leader. I can do it well. We need confidence. What a lovely child, what a confident child, why I snubbed him because of his poor study and behavior, and never built a "Arc de Triomphe" for him. My face is burning. Many children will gain a lot of success, encounter many bumps and make many small mistakes when they grow up. We educators should not only set up a "Arc de Triomphe" for successful children, congratulate them and encourage them to pursue new achievements, but also set up a "Arc de Triomphe" for failed children and children who make mistakes, giving them warm care and eager expectations, and believing that children can succeed. Let children grow up healthier and more confident. Tomorrow, I will ask my children to apply for the section chief voluntarily, and I will write "Apply for the section chief voluntarily" on the blackboard.
Every child has his bright spot, and there are places worthy of our touch and surprise. It's just that as teachers, we always like to add an unchangeable frame to students according to their own preferences and students' performance, and open the Arc de Triomphe of different sizes, giving them only one-sided and unfair evaluation, leaving only regrets in the end. As a teacher, my care and love for students should be equal. I want to learn to inspire every child, build a suitable "Arc de Triomphe" for them, make them happy, let them take every step of life, at least have a good start in life.
Russian educator ushinski said: "If pedagogy wants to educate students in all directions, it must first understand students in all directions." As a teacher, if students want to get closer to you and trust you, so that every student can get your equal attention, this requires teachers to bow down and take the initiative to approach each child's heart and illuminate their spiritual world with the energy in their hearts. Swallows have gone, and there is a time to come again; Willow withered, there is a time to green again; But the years are gone like water. As a teacher, I silently cultivated my own education and teaching story on the three-foot platform. Many of them fade away with the passage of time, but some of them are as deeply rooted in my heart as roots. Although it is not earth-shattering, it is still vivid.
Yang Yang (pseudonym), a student in our class, is lively and outgoing, full of novelty and curiosity about everything. When he is in class, he often does some little tricks. Although he is often reminded, it is difficult for him to sit up straight and listen to a class. I found him easily disturbed by external things. When he was listening to the lecture in class, what happened outside quickly attracted his attention. Disagree with the discipline of the school, and the phenomenon of making mistakes is endless. He often fights with other students, and many students in his class have been beaten by him. When you asked him why he hit someone, he looked blank and shook his head vigorously and replied, "Why not?" Facing the teacher's criticism and education, he is acceptable, but he has never changed. He is really a headache child.
It was a self-study class that day, and I heard a lot of noise from the classroom far away. I walked into the classroom angrily, ready to scold it. When some children saw me come in, they quickly buried themselves in their homework, while others just looked at me. The monitor saw me coming over and said, "Teacher Bai, they found that (a pseudonym) took Nannan's oil pen and asked him if he wanted to return it"? Did Yang Yang (a pseudonym) really commit another old habit? I hesitated, looked at Yang Yang (a pseudonym) sternly, and thought: If so, I will never condone it, and I will definitely tell his parents a good story. At this time, Yang Yang (pseudonym) stood up with a loud cry, threw the book on the ground and shouted hysterically: "It wasn't me, I didn't take someone else's pen!" The children were startled by the sudden shouts, which surprised us. I was shocked, too: I was so angry that I saw his eyes full of tears and his face bulging. I really wanted to give him a few words of confession to extinguish the arrogance of others, but the idea disappeared in an instant. Well, who will admit such a thing? Seeing that I didn't talk, he was even more angry, and his eyes blazed. At this time, (pseudonym) stood up timidly and bowed his head and said, "Miss Bai, I was playing with an oil pen just now and accidentally dropped it on (pseudonym's) schoolbag. He was reading a book and didn't pay attention at all. When the truth came out, the students all breathed a sigh of relief, and so did I. I walked over and gently touched his head and said, "In fact, neither teachers nor students think that way, but you think too much." He made a slight gesture and his mood stabilized a little. I added, "Classmates, Yang Yang (pseudonym) just concentrated on reading in the self-study class, which shows that our Yang Yang (pseudonym) knows how to control himself. This is called progress. We give him applause. " My sincere words touched all the students. Yang Yang (pseudonym) became cloudy and sunny in my affirmation. When I talked to him about it after class, I said, "Yang Yang (a pseudonym), I'm so glad this is a misunderstanding. If you are really confused, the teacher will stand by and help you. " He was moved to tears and said, "Thank you, teacher. I will never do such a stupid thing again, because you make me look down in front of my classmates. " After listening to his words, I was sincerely moved. As teachers, although we all strive to care for and respect every student, if one word is careless, it will change a heart and a life.
After this incident, Yang Yang (pseudonym) has enhanced his self-confidence, basically concentrated his attention in class, greatly improved his learning enthusiasm, actively answered questions in class, and reduced the number of fights.
At the same time, I also deeply understand that students and teachers should tolerate them with a kind, generous, sincere and enthusiastic heart, so that students will reflect on themselves when teachers deal with problems and be completely convinced. Sometimes, a look, a word, can make a sky.
Love is the most important way in teacher education, which is suitable for some students. But in my educational philosophy and practice, the word "encourage" is used more frequently. "Encouragement" can be interpreted as: encouragement, encouragement, encouragement, reward, tempering, etc.
The so-called encouragement education method, also known as appreciation education method, is an educational method that enables students to complete their learning tasks with self-confidence, self-improvement and enterprising attitude in a relaxed, harmonious and pleasant atmosphere. Encouraging education conforms to the psychological characteristics of primary school students and is easily accepted by students. Teachers should treat students more with "empathy", appreciate them, encourage them, treat them sincerely, and moisten their hearts eager for rain and dew with more encouraging words. So how to implement the encouragement education law?
First of all, we might as well listen to the following little story:
A pupil got only 58 points in the mid-term math exam and stayed in the teacher's office and refused to go home. He said to the teacher: red lanterns are hung on the report card, and my mother is not allowed to enter the house. Looking at the teacher's silence, he said, Teacher, can you lend me 2 points this time? I will definitely score these 2 points in the next exam. The math teacher thought for a moment and nodded deeply. By the next exam, the child made remarkable progress and got 2 points, which was praised by the teacher. After that, the child's grades are listed in the upper middle class. The progress of the pupils in this story benefited from the teacher's praise or encouragement, which enabled them to establish enough confidence and generate enterprising motivation. Generate's learning enthusiasm and academic performance have been significantly improved.
Some people say that encouragement-appreciation is a bridge to the success of education. Teachers' sincere and selfless encouragement and appreciation to children is the best means to stimulate children's enthusiasm, an important way to cultivate teachers' and students' emotions, a bridge to the success of education and teaching, and the highest art of teachers' work.
First, appreciation may make students full of emotions.
Ross Campbell, an American educational psychologist, said: "Every child has certain emotional needs ... This need determines many things (happiness, satisfaction and happiness) in his behavior ... The richer the natural emotional storage, the higher the emotions will be, the better his behavior will be, and he will feel at his best." Teachers' appreciation is helpful to excellent students and more helpful to underachievers, because the shortcomings of underachievers are more prominent and easier. It is this habit of prejudice that makes the strengths and advantages of poor students disappear forever. Therefore, teachers can discover the strengths and advantages of poor students in time, give sincere and selfless appreciation and boldly affirm them, which will make them feel the warmth of equal treatment in teachers' appreciation, thus correctly understanding their words and deeds and making the heartfelt encouragement endless.
Tao is a typical student with learning difficulties in our class. He is at the bottom of every exam and has poor study habits. He likes to be lazy and absent-minded in class, and the quality of his homework is poor. Sometimes he doesn't hand in his homework ... In view of many shortcomings in his study, the teacher often ignores him, and his classmates think he is too poor to communicate with him. But once I completely changed my view of underachievers. It was a writing class. I was showing my classmates' well-written works, and they gave a burst of admiration. At this time, I saw Tao Hantao raise his hand again and again, but I didn't pay attention to him. He shouted at the bottom: "teacher, my handwriting is also very good, I want to show it!" " I can't help laughing. His handwriting in his usual homework is too poor. How can I write well? I pretended not to hear. At this moment, a notebook was handed to the podium. When you see the words, they are decent and the fonts are neat and clean. The students said, "Mr. Wu, this is written by Tao." Look how well it is written. Please show it! " At this time, I was shocked. Why don't I trust my students? He is trying, but I turn a blind eye! So I immediately showed his works, gave comments and praises, and suggested that the whole class give him warm applause.
Then I saw a rare smile on Tao's face. After class, I called him to the office and apologized to him. At the same time, I encouraged him to continue to write well and show such beautiful words to Mr. Wu in his homework. He nodded happily. In the following study, I found that Tao's homework has made great progress, and he is also very serious in class, staring at the classroom and expecting the teacher's praise! After this incident, I corrected the blind spots in the education of underachievers in my work, insisted on finding the bright spots of underachievers in my class, and put them on record. In normal teaching, teachers should explore the advantages of each student with a unique vision and be good at finding the extraordinary from the ordinary. Every good performance and slight progress of students should be captured in time, praised and encouraged in time, and every effort should be made to enlarge the highlights to students, so that these students can feel the attention and appreciation of teachers, let them know themselves and have the right to be encouraged by teachers.
By constantly discovering the bright spots of underachievers and showing their bright spots, I gradually found that they became more optimistic and cheerful and full of learning motivation!
Second, encouragement and appreciation can enhance students' self-confidence and courage.
Sorovici Chek, an educator in the former Soviet Union, pointed out: "A child who was liked in childhood felt that he was kind and intelligent, so he was loved, so he tried his best to make his behavior worthy of the name and cultivate himself to become a confident person. And what about those spoiled children? People always scold them, "You are a fool, a loser, a slacker ... so they really develop this bad quality". Therefore, people's moral character depends largely on the evaluation of self-confidence and social justice. This reminds us that if teachers give students confidence and encouragement at the beginning or when necessary, they will undoubtedly strengthen and improve themselves in pleasure and satisfaction.
Li Junhe Xu Xu is two students in our class who are not very prominent and don't like acting. These two students are well-behaved, but they can't lift their spirits. They are always unable to do things, and it is usually difficult for teachers to notice them. But I have always wanted to tap the potential of two students. In May of this year, the school held the "Sunshine Youth Practice Education Activity". At the closing ceremony that day, I suggested that the instructor choose them as the monitor to complete the final task instead of everyone. At first, they hesitated. Encouraged by the instructor and me, they finally took a brave step. During the whole activity, their abilities were released and won the unanimous recognition of everyone. After the activity, I found that the two children have changed a lot. They are willing to take an active part in school activities, which can help teachers share some things. Especially, Li Jun's previous study enthusiasm was not high, and his children's study itself was very good, so I suggested him to take part in more math competitions, and the children listened. Now when it comes to mathematics, they are full of confidence, and they are also the pacesetters in mathematics learning in our class!
Seeing that with my encouragement, they gradually become confident, brave and positive, I think this may be the happiest thing for teachers!
3. Appreciation and encouragement enhance the feelings between teachers and students.
Appreciating students sincerely will generate respect and sympathy for them, care about their slight progress, treat them equally, and don't remember small favors. Such enthusiasm and personality is an attraction in itself. It is an example for students to practice. As the saying goes, "Give a peach a plum". Teachers sincerely and selflessly appreciate and respect students, which will deepen students' love and respect for teachers, thus establishing a good relationship between teachers and students.
A three-month home visit from September to 1 1 month is the best way to enhance the feelings between teachers and students. I went into every family and got to know every child. During the home visit, the children were afraid that the teacher would speak ill of themselves in front of their parents, so they were depressed. However, when facing parents face to face, we try to let the children be present, praise their advantages and avoid pointing out their shortcomings directly. After each home visit, students' enthusiasm for learning has improved rapidly, and they are willing to get closer to their teachers. Students, Gan Yifei, Zhong,, etc. Being around me after I am often visited at home has become better than before, the atmosphere between teachers and students is more harmonious, and the trust between teachers and students is stronger. Whenever I see this situation, my heart is full of joy!
At the same time, in my educational model, there are "rewards" in various forms, such as: setting up "class civilized pacesetter" to take pictures and display them in the class window; Set up a "learning model for all subjects" and give a notice to the whole class ... and an "incentive" education method is mainly aimed at outstanding students and constantly improve themselves.
The famous educator Suhomlinski said: Being good at inspiring students is the most valuable experience in education. Encouragement is a good medicine for children, and children need encouragement-encouragement can help students grow up healthily, and education needs the word "encouragement" first!
(iii) Concluding remarks
Use a love, pay attention everywhere, and help children to be confident. Encourage softly and appreciate at any time, paving the way for students to make progress. The greatest happiness of students is to gain the appreciation of teachers and classmates; The greatest happiness of teachers is that students become adults in front of their own eyes. Teachers use "love" to mold education and give priority to "encouragement", which is a beautiful way for teachers and students to obtain educational happiness.
Narrative stories of class teacher education iv. The beauty of education lies in details.
Since I started teaching art class, I have made a rule for myself-whenever a student draws his homework, I will draw a red five-pointed star on his painting, and let the art class representative stick the picture of the five-pointed star on the wall behind the class. This is a small art garden. I think this not only gives students great praise, but also encourages those students who don't study hard to forge ahead. At the same time, it is also a good garden for learning and communication (the progress of painting focuses on the communication between students).
One day, one of my students came to me and said, "Teacher, Yang Ming and I have great paintings. Why does he have a five-pointed star and mine doesn't? "
I said, "Really? Then do you think he paints well or you paint well? "
Without thinking, she said, "Everything is fine. Otherwise, how can they all be excellent?" "Ha ha, yes, everything is fine. But you see, your painting is very good. The teacher wanted to give you a five-pointed star, but the painting of the five-pointed star was to be exhibited. Don't you think there is something wrong with your painting? " She said flatly, "Isn't it just a little dirty? Can't I pay attention next time? "
In fact, I just wanted to take the opportunity to cure her untidiness, so I said to her, "The paintings on display must be beautiful and generous, otherwise others will have opinions when they see them." It doesn't matter if you accidentally get dirty. But if you behave like this, your classmates will think that this is your level. That teacher won't do it. The teacher thinks that we can draw Ma Yue much better than this. So the teacher gave you an A, but didn't draw you a five-pointed star. This is called key protection. When the next picture you draw is clean, show it to them! Let's see who dares to call us sloppy. "Hearing this, she was overjoyed. Even say yes. And always promised. Sure enough, her next painting is much better. Although there were still some stains, I gave her a big five-pointed star without hesitation. Since then, her paintings have improved every time, and even art books are covered with leather, which is unique to her. I'm not only really happy for her.
It is the duty of teachers to educate students. Teachers from different disciplines are educating students from different disciplines. However, the regular education for students is the same. We should seize every opportunity to educate students scientifically and vividly.
Holding a small art exhibition in the class is to create an elegant learning atmosphere, and educating students to be neat is also to create a good learning and living environment from themselves. In this way, students can study and live better. Science shows that a beautiful environment and a strong cultural atmosphere will cultivate students' sentiment and improve their cultural taste.
As educators, we should pay attention to guiding students from detail education and create our own sky.
The educational narrative story of the head teacher 5 Dancing the soul
Going out for a walk after dinner, I heard a song coming from a distance. Approaching, I found only an elderly man waving his red silk. Although there are a group of young and old standing next to him, they are all spectators. Curious, I can't help but stop and watch. Watching and thinking: How can the old man dance so hard alone?
Look at him in high spirits, his kind face is engraved with the vicissitudes of time, and the light of happiness has been flashing on his face. His stride is undoubtedly cheerful and flexible, but his dance is really pleasing and the rhythm is not very in tune. But he doesn't care at all. He dares to dance, and he seems to have great ambition to drive the audience to dance with him.
Sure enough, the enthusiasm of the old man gradually infected the people around him, and many people began to itch to try. The old man took the opportunity to change the music, distribute the ribbons already prepared, and let several naughty children line up. Soon, a small yangko team was established. Little Square suddenly became a sea of joy.
Admire the old man from the bottom of my heart. Self-confidence, optimism, patience, enthusiasm, and finally realize their wishes. I can't help but think of classroom teaching on weekdays. Above the classroom, don't teachers and students also infect each other and drive each other? Teachers, in particular, should have this super-strong ability to mobilize infection? Sometimes, children will keep pace with themselves and achieve the ideal teaching effect. But there are also many times when children will start without sending them, and they will not be able to enter the state for a long time. At this time, teachers must not be easily depressed or give up easily. Just like this old man, he impressed the surrounding audience with his constant enthusiasm and impressed his classmates with our positive emotional contagion. I believe the students will get better gradually with your mobilization.
Thanks to the old man who danced, and for the teaching insights he brought me.
The teacher in charge's educational narrative story 6 Listen to the children's voice
I had an oral communication class the other day, and the topic was "What kind of school do you like". The students are very excited, speak freely and imagine the ideal school blueprint.
"I like schools with venues. We can have fun after class. "
"I hope the desks at school are cartoon-shaped, and whoever likes to sit can sit."
"I really want to have a book corner on every floor of the school. I can see whichever I want. "
"Teacher, can you leave less homework, especially the exam is coming soon, so tired!"
"Teacher, can you test less? If you fail the exam, you will suffer the pain of going home! "
"Teacher, the small peas by the window that you recommended to us are really good. I envy their school. The teacher is too good. The headmaster always says,' You are a good boy!' So the children in the' Ba Xueyuan' are very happy. "……
Thank you for giving me deep thoughts: how should I treat education and students?
The ancient Greek philosopher Pythagoras said: "What is the most beautiful-harmony."
Picasso, a master painter, said, "In harmony, everything is possible."
So, what is harmonious education? I think there must be a harmonious relationship between teachers and students first.
I once heard children sing: "I am the heaviest schoolbag, and I do the most homework. I get up the earliest and go to bed the latest every day, me, me or me ..." I once read an article about a fourth-grade pupil, whose math score has always been the first in the class. One day, he didn't come to school, and the teacher said that his grandfather died and asked for a day off. Only the whole class cheered. Why? Because his grandfather is a professor of mathematics, other students can't surpass him, and now they can finally surpass him. Is this a group of children or a group of howling wolves? It can be seen that the physical and mental development of students is not healthy and harmonious enough.
"Thank you, children." After class, I said to the children, "I will try my best to be a good teacher you like ..." There was cheers in the classroom. I know that my commitment is still lacking, because harmonious education and harmonious development of teachers and students cannot be achieved overnight, but I believe this is the need of social development and the healthy development of people's body and mind. We've been trying.
The class teacher's educational narrative story 7 should be tolerant.
Criticism is a means of education, tolerance is also a means of education, and sometimes it is a very effective means of education.
One noon, I came back from a meeting. As soon as I entered the classroom door, I saw that the tables and chairs were crooked and there were many sundries on the ground. Only two students are busy making up their homework, and there is no sign of any students on duty. I thought to myself: The students on duty are so irresponsible. If I am not in the classroom, they will not be on duty! I am really angry, and my anger has been rising.
I rushed down the stairs and saw the students on duty and their companions talking and laughing from a distance. I walked up to them sullenly. One of them cleverly raised a pair of frightened eyes and didn't know how to bear the flame that I spewed out. Looking at that innocent little face, I was suddenly shocked. No one is perfect, to err is human. Children are innocent, their hearts are crystal clear, they make mistakes, but they are unintentional! They are like a seedling that needs love to water! My subconscious tells me to accept children with a broad mind and let them be subtly edified and enlightened in the ocean of love, thus shaping their souls.
Anger gradually died out in my heart, and a tolerant smile floated on my cheeks. "Can you do the teacher a favor?" "Help what, teacher?" "Go back to the classroom and you will know!" "good!" They agreed happily.
When they entered the classroom, they understood at once. "Teacher, the students were doing their homework in their seats just now, so we decided to go out and play for a while." I smiled and said, "The teacher didn't criticize you! The teacher just wants to tell you that there is nothing you can't do, only things you don't want to do. Now, let's do our duty together, shall we? " "hmm!" They nodded hard and soon did their jobs.
Teachers' open-mindedness and tolerance can influence students and make them feel guilty, which is much more important than criticism and reprimand. A gust of wind turned into a drizzle and spilled into the child's heart. Yes, although the wind is strong, there is nothing to fold; It's raining in Mao Mao, so that things can be moistened silently. In the garden of the new century, only when the wind blows and the rain blows, can our flowers compete to bloom and bloom its most beautiful brilliance.
The narrative story of "The Teacher in Charge's Education 8" is quiet and makes people feel distant, but indifferent and makes people feel unfulfilled.
I appreciate the magnificent sea, but I prefer to be a drop of calm water; I like flaming flames, but I prefer to be a quietly burning Mars. This is me, content with the ordinary and willing to be quiet.
I am a teacher from the countryside. I know what rural children need most, and I also know where the gap between rural students and urban students is. I love children and am more used to evaluating a student as a whole. "At the beginning of life, human nature is good", and the purpose of education should be "eliminating evil and promoting good". I prefer to praise students, let them grow up and purify themselves with admiration. But my praise is not cheap, but weighty and precious. Only in this way can the true value of praise be reflected. There is a boy named Liu Chunxiang in our class. His family is very difficult. Parents are frail and sick, and they go out early and come home late every day to make a living, so they can't care more about their children. The student's personal hygiene is particularly poor: his clothes are messy and he smells of sweat all the year round. I told him several times to pay attention to personal hygiene, but it didn't have much effect. In a self-study class, I found that his math homework had been written neatly and untidily. So in the next day's class, I took out his exercise book and asked my classmates to guess whose it was. The students' answers all point to those female students who are always neat and serious. When I showed you the names in the math book, the classroom was full of exclamation. I sincerely said to Liu Chunxiang: "The ancients said' words are like people', and a person's character and accomplishment can be seen from his writing style. I believe that this clean and tidy homework has a clean owner. " Since then, Liu Chunxiang's homework is still neat, and people are much cleaner. This is the effect of reasonable praise.
I am not a workaholic, but I am definitely a responsible teacher. I advocate efficiency first, "what can be done today, what can be done today". I like to stimulate students' potential ability. Our classroom is on the third floor. I have never formally put forward strict requirements for the discipline of students going upstairs and downstairs. Just let the students think: how can a team of 30 people not hear their own footsteps? The students soon grasped my intention. Also in the self-study class, I also asked students how to do it without affecting others. Without my personal demonstration and serious reprimand, students can start from themselves and go upstairs and downstairs "quickly, quietly and orderly". Students can study quietly when the self-study teacher is away. "The road is silent", only the education of spring breeze and rain and dew can moisten things and nourish students' hearts.
In teaching, I am not a conformist. I am more inclined to "eclecticism" after studying the textbooks in depth. I appreciate the dynamic classroom in which teachers and students interact. I appreciate the students' tracing back to the source and giving up, so that students can experience the joy of learning. In my class, students can express their ideas freely or say "no" to the teacher. In an ordinary math class, I usually talk about the calculation of decimal addition and subtraction, because the size of logarithm does not affect it, so I usually remove the zero after the decimal point to simplify writing. I immediately had a different opinion: I don't think it is necessary to remove the zero after the decimal point, so it is very simple to keep the zero for verification calculation, and the zero after the decimal point is particularly valuable. As soon as this statement came out, it attracted the echo of most students, and even some students couldn't wait to give examples. I respect the students' reasonable opinions and get great appreciation from the teaching and research staff of the further education school. As long as students are given enough space and a little more patience, they will show unexpected excitement. How big the stage is, how big the students' "heart" is.
My post is ordinary, my work is ordinary, but I have an open, calm and indifferent heart for the cause of education. I stand upright and have no desire. Success is added up bit by bit by addition.
