Every question or case in the book has vivid descriptions of real cases that happened around him, as well as incisive theoretical analysis and interpretation. Each question is an independent chapter, closely following the main line of pedagogy and psychology, and at the same time injecting philosophical principles and own educational thoughts. It can be said that this book is "physically and mentally present" and "remarkable". It is no exaggeration to say that this book is a "lighthouse" and "navigation mark" for educators. In Suhomlinski's educational thoughts, educational practices and educational ideas, I am really shocked and have some feelings about education. In particular, several articles in Suhomlinski's book are related to the study of students with learning difficulties. After reading his suggestions on how to help students with learning difficulties, I was deeply touched, because these children have also spent the most time in my teaching in recent years and are at a loss. Below I will talk about my feelings according to my own teaching practice and Sukhomlinski's suggestion. First, Suhomlinski believes that to improve the academic performance of "students with learning difficulties", it is necessary to improve or establish their "confidence and enthusiasm for learning and break through the wall of their indifference". How to build or improve the confidence and enthusiasm of students, especially "students with learning difficulties"? I have the following experience: 1. To establish or improve students' learning confidence and enthusiasm, teachers themselves must first have unquestionable confidence in the power of "students with learning difficulties". Teachers' self-confidence can stimulate students with learning difficulties to have a "premonition of success", which plays a positive and main role in mobilizing students' full energy and is the basis for students with learning difficulties to have self-confidence. "Students with learning difficulties" can feel whether teachers are full of real enthusiasm for their words and deeds in many ways; For example, teachers always ask themselves what kind of problems; Teachers' attitude towards their grades and so on. Teachers can't give "students with learning difficulties" easier questions, which will give them a hint: "I can't, I can only answer this kind of question." 2. Teachers should strive to make "students with learning difficulties" always see their progress. Too many failures are an important reason why "students with learning difficulties" lose their confidence and enthusiasm in learning. Success and progress are of great significance to them, which is a proof of their ability. Teachers can't help students with learning difficulties to make progress by reducing or avoiding difficulties. Instead, we should think deeply and carefully about the ways for students to overcome their learning difficulties and take effective measures to ensure that their work has achieved certain results, so that students with learning difficulties can really be encouraged by their own progress. 3. When organizing teaching, teachers must strive to create a positive and energetic good emotional feeling. This kind of good emotional feeling is not only "students with learning difficulties", but also the background of all students' confidence and enthusiasm for learning. Many teachers are only satisfied with the requirements of teaching methods and organization of teaching, but ignore the creation of this emotion. This is precisely the important reason why his students have no confidence and enthusiasm for learning. Second, establish a good teacher image among students with learning difficulties, and eliminate the fear and opposition of students with learning difficulties to teachers. In my opinion, teachers should treat students equally, regardless of their personality, and treat students with learning difficulties with enthusiasm and care; In the whole teaching activity, we should regard them as the masters of learning, not the companions of good students. Students with learning difficulties are under pressure from society, family and school because of their poor study, which makes them feel inferior. They think that they are unpopular with teachers and classmates, always avoid teachers, and are unwilling and afraid to approach them. To change their learning attitude and improve their learning enthusiasm, we must first eliminate their fear and opposition to teachers. So I spend most of my spare time narrowing the gap between teachers and students, eliminating the gap between teachers and students, talking with them, understanding their learning troubles, giving them examples of other students changing from "poor" to "good", helping them find out the gap in their studies without asking for anything in return, and slowly the gap between us disappeared, and children became more and more interested in learning. Only when teachers are conscious, sincere, devoted and willing to the students with learning difficulties can every child raise his head and learn, and every student with learning difficulties can actively participate in the arms of learning. Third, teach students with learning difficulties to analyze and examine questions and enhance their confidence in solving problems. Students with learning difficulties have weak Chinese foundation and analytical ability, and application problems have become a stumbling block on their way forward. In view of this situation, I focus on improving their ability to examine and analyze problems, giving them analytical methods first, and then through a series of exercises and accumulation, the confidence of students with learning difficulties in solving application problems is constantly enhanced. Fourth, understand the family situation of students with learning difficulties, get the active cooperation of parents, and help them with schools and families. Students with learning difficulties are discriminated by some classmates at school and scolded by their parents at home. The double pressure makes them feel depressed. In order to guide students with learning difficulties to improve their learning enthusiasm, teachers should first reduce their learning pressure, contact their parents, reflect their advantages and disadvantages, and discuss with their parents the ways and means of education to help them get rid of "bad" and become "good". Don't complain to parents, tell them the truth and recite the mistakes of students with learning difficulties, which will stimulate the contradiction between parents and children, thus affecting the educational effect of schools and families on students with learning difficulties. How to help students with learning difficulties learn mathematics is an inevitable problem in our teaching, and it is also a problem that we must solve. There are always good students and bad students in a class. In basic education, all students are not only for the middle majority, but also for a few top students. Only by paying special attention to and effectively helping "students with learning difficulties" can we truly make our education "face all students" and comprehensively promote quality education. Suhomlinski's "Suggestions for Teachers" has brought great help to my education and teaching work. For this book, I think I should read it with my own heart, with my own practice and with my own thinking.
