The college consists of primary education department, education department and psychology department, and now has primary education, public enterprise management (educational management), educational technology, applied psychology (normal school), applied psychology and preschool education.

Huzhou Teachers College, located in Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, is a comprehensive full-time ordinary college organized by Huzhou Municipal People's Government. The school is a master's degree awarding unit approved by the State Council Academic Degrees Committee, a national demonstration site for learning from Lei Feng, and a national advanced group for helping the disabled.
