Candidates from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan: high school education, no more than 30 years old. Hong Kong and Macao candidates hold Hong Kong or Macao permanent identity cards and home visit cards to participate in the registration; Candidates from Taiwan Province Province will participate in the registration with valid identity documents and the Residence Permit for Taiwan Province Compatriots in Taiwan.
② Overseas Chinese candidates:
(1) Students and one of their parents must have long-term or permanent residency in the country of residence, and have lived in the country of residence for two consecutive years, with a cumulative residence time of not less than 18 months, in which the students themselves must have lived in the country of residence for not less than 18 months in the two years before registration.
(2) Students who have not obtained the long-term or permanent residency in the country or one of their parents, but have obtained the legal residence qualification of living in the country for more than five years (including five years), and have lived in the country for not less than 30 months in the five years, and have actually lived in the country for not less than 30 months in the five years before registration, can also participate in the registration.
According to the relevant regulations of the state, citizens of China who study abroad (including public schools and at their own expense) are not regarded as overseas Chinese while studying abroad or working abroad on business (including sending overseas labor services).
③ China and other foreign students (students coming to China):
(1) Students whose parents are China citizens and have settled in a foreign country, who have foreign nationality at birth, but do not have China nationality, or who have emigrated from Chinese mainland (Mainland), Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and obtained foreign nationality, as international students, must have a valid foreign passport or nationality certificate for more than 4 years (inclusive), and have a record of actually living in a foreign country for more than 2 years in the last 4 years (.
