In view of the important educational significance of the above-mentioned mathematics reading and its particularity different from other reading, the author appeals to the mathematics education circle to study mathematics reading teaching as an important topic, and must not blindly copy the Chinese reading mode to guide mathematics reading teaching. We should strengthen the research on the psychological mechanism of mathematics reading, the effective strategies of mathematics reading and how to make better use of reading learning methods in mathematics classroom as soon as possible, and invite mathematics reading into the classroom. For this reason:
1. Mathematics teachers should fully realize the educational function of mathematics reading, incorporate mathematics reading into the basic link of mathematics classroom teaching, change "combining teaching with practice" into "combining teaching with reading practice", and actively explore the optimized structure of classroom teaching.
2. Math teachers should master certain guiding strategies for classroom reading, and strive to improve classroom teaching efficiency with the help of classroom reading, such as teaching reading and learning methods. When teaching students how to read math textbooks, teachers had better choose some paragraphs from the books and tell students how to read them as a demonstration.
3. Mathematics teachers should make students understand the importance of mathematics reading, so that students, especially underachievers, often feel that they have successfully learned something through reading, thus improving the consciousness of mathematics reading. At the same time, an effective way to stimulate students' interest in reading mathematics and encourage them to read mathematics is to give good reading materials. There are many good reading materials in "Mathematics Extracurricular Reading Materials" in junior middle school of nine-year compulsory education, and teachers should make reasonable and effective use of them. In addition, it is also a good way to strengthen extracurricular reading and stimulate reading interest to often display or post some interesting mathematical materials in an attractive way in class.
