What pits did you find in the public examination after the public examination?
When I saw that the interview score was the first, I knew that I had succeeded. Looking back on the road of public examination, my hairstyle (personally) does have some pits, and I want to share it here, hoping to have a certain effect on everyone.

I mainly share the pit I found from three aspects: job selection, written test and interview.

First, the "pit" in choosing a job

Pit 1: The former classmates all like to choose township posts. As a former student, every time I find that there are more posts in the township government, there are more people to recruit and more applicants, but it is not easy to enter the interview position. Because the posts at the grass-roots level in villages and towns are generally posts with unlimited working years, many of them are non-professional or even three-unlimited majors. Don't apply just because there are many recruiters. In fact, the city departments have restrictions on the number of applicants for professional, work experience, identity and other positions, and their scores are low, which makes it easier to enter the interview. So my former classmates chose jobs, urban jobs and urban areas, not towns and villages.

Pit 2: Choose the position required by the first-class major. It is correct for some candidates to choose restricted professional posts, but they should choose second-level professional posts instead of first-level professional posts. For example: position A recruits 2 people, and the professional requirement is "Computer Science and Technology"; Recruitment for post B 1 person, and the professional requirement is "Computer Science and Technology"; Then it is suggested to choose post B instead of post A, because there is a word "class" in the professional requirements of post A, which is a first-class professional requirement. There are many majors below, and this post is a "pit", so the number of people involved will definitely burst, so everyone should understand why post B is chosen.

Second, the written test "pit"

After each exam, we found that many candidates answered the questions in the order above. This should be a novice candidate, who was cheated by the teacher. We know that each candidate has different majors and different topics, so we must plan our own answer order and don't be "pitted". If you answer the questions in the order of test paper modules, once you encounter the weak modules at the beginning and many questions you don't understand, it will affect your test mood and answering efficiency. Therefore, we should adhere to the principle of "easy first, then difficult". Start with the modules and topics you are good at, and don't be led by the nose. For example, when I was in the exam, I was good at answering in the order of data analysis-verbal expression and understanding-judgment and reasoning-trial judgment-quantitative relationship.

Third, the interview "pit"

It's easy to interview for the score position for the first time. I can express whatever I want, and I don't need gorgeous language. Many candidates think that the interview needs good eloquence, but personally, this is not the only condition to get high marks. Being able to express your innovative personal views in your own language is also a condition for getting high marks, and it is very useful. Therefore, if you have a new point of view, you can simply express it in your own comfortable language and go to the examination room with a smile, without the pressure and ambition of "idol" (gorgeous language expression).
