Look down in order, and do all the examples and exercises five times until you understand them.
If you can't do it five times, you can do it three times.
This is the most effective method.
That's what my deskmate and my back desk did. They have done the math book five times, and all the topics have been thoroughly understood.
Results One math was improved from 72 to 12 1, and the other from 82 to 125.
