Listening, by definition, is an important way to receive information. Listening is an ability and a virtue. Listening is the first of the four abilities of "listening, speaking, reading and writing" in work. In many practical work situations, listening is also the most important ability, and we often say that "observing words and observing colors" also puts listening first. It's a pity that our education puts listening last, and even doesn't give any training methods at all.
