Mathematics of adolescent cohesion anxiety
Yesterday, the mother of a large class in the community asked me privately if there were any good extracurricular classes to recommend. Children are now in large classes, and there is nothing to teach in kindergartens. The parents of other children in the class reported their children's young connection, which was very distressing and anxious. I don't know whether to report it.

The difference between kindergarten and primary school is not only the breadth of knowledge, but also some other factors. Simple young connection may only focus on instilling some knowledge and adapting to children's classes. But there are some details that parents need to take their children to do.

1. Exercise

The body is the capital of the revolution, and it is needed at any time, not to mention a vibrant child, which belongs to a different "potential stock" in the future. Their behavior may affect the whole world, so their health may have a great impact on themselves.

Children's physical exercise can start from their daily outdoor activities and take part in some outdoor running and ball games. Even running in nature can be considered as a good way for children to strengthen their physique. After all, the child is working hard with all his heart. Through such activities, their physical function will be greatly improved, and their resistance and immunity will also be enhanced.

Parents should not think that their children are too young to need such activities. They want to keep their children at home, isolated from the outside world. Euphemism is to avoid cross-infection, but in fact, they may make children uncomfortable with the outside world. Children belong to nature, and they need such a release of physical potential. Ask parents to give them a chance to perform.

Control emotion

It is normal for children to be emotional. The experience of adulthood is that people who can control their emotions will become very powerful people. Children, even children, need to have such an ability, not for how successful they are, nor for what kind of person they must be, but for being able to calmly analyze things when they encounter some bad situations, so as not to be hasty and dry, and not to let themselves fall into emotional passivity.

We often say, think twice before you act. This is the result of emotional control. Children are impulsive, and it is easy to take some extreme or regretful actions for a moment of anger. At this time, children who can control their emotions will be more rational. They will not disturb their thinking because of provocation or other behaviors, but solve this interference through their own intelligence. This is the behavior that children must learn.

Find the problem

Children are naturally curious and fresh. They will do experiments with behaviors that they have never touched or touched but have never tried. They are more likely to find out the existing problems, because adults are too inertia to think that what it is is what it is, and they will not think about these cliches. Unlike children, who have no experience, so everything is fresh, they will naturally observe carefully and ask questions.

Children find that problems are manifestations of active brain development, but each child's sensitivity is different. Some children may prefer sports discovery, some children are academic discoveries, some children are natural observers, and so on. Either way, children have unique abilities. Parents must hold a supportive and encouraging attitude when they meet their own abilities, and let their children slowly observe and discover this externality.

4. Language expression ability

Just because a child can talk doesn't mean that he can "speak and express". Many parents are proud that their children speak early, their children pronounce correctly, and even their children can say two more words than other children. And so on, parents can understand their surprise that their children can pronounce, but children's pronunciation doesn't mean they can speak.

What I'm talking about here is not only pronunciation, but also an attitude, expressive ability, communication ability, proficiency in language use and so on, covering a lot of language-related content. Children should start with the most basic etiquette, and then they can really talk to people, understand and respond accordingly, instead of just talking and not listening, unable to communicate, affecting the daily relationship between children and teachers.

5. Self-care ability

Many children are "little emperors" and "little princesses" at home, living a luxurious life, and even in kindergarten, they are still spoiled. They have never experienced such a thing themselves, and naturally they will behave worse than other children.

Children's self-care ability includes not only personal work and rest, personal hygiene, personal clothing and so on. , including some good behavior habits, such as study habits, homework habits, reading habits, etc. These are all good behaviors that children can stand out in school, and they are also good habits that affect their lives.

A Nobel Prize winner said that kindergarten education is the best education. Faced with entering primary school, many children have not made any preparations. Parents who know their children are naturally anxious, but if parents make these plans for their children in advance, I believe their children's performance will not be bad.

Children's education is the education of the future, and all foundations plan for children's future, so the anxiety of young convergence is only a fuse. More importantly, parents need to plan their children's future, not just a primary school in front of them.
