This semester, the host and all the training members of the junior high school mathematics "Master Chen Studio" in Jiujiang District can actively participate in teaching and research activities. According to the requirements of "Three-year Plan of Master Studio" and "Work Plan of Master Studio for the Second Term 20 16-20 17", under the guidance of the educational objectives of Jiujiang District Education Bureau and the relevant spirit of the work plan of establishing "Master Studio" by District Education Bureau, under the guidance of advanced educational concepts, and closely following the development needs of junior high school mathematics teaching, a development platform for promoting the professional growth of young and middle-aged teachers and the self-improvement of famous teachers will be built. The efforts to complete all the work are summarized as follows:

First, pay attention to "classroom teaching", study "teaching art" and create "efficient classroom"

This semester, centered on "classroom teaching", we led all the students to study the topic of "teaching art", paid attention to the scientificity and effectiveness of classroom questioning, and put an end to the randomness of classroom questioning. Through research, all members realized the importance of classroom questioning and studied it. The research results were applied to classroom teaching, and five open teaching classes were held, which attracted many non-studio teachers to participate, and were affirmed by everyone in the class evaluation discussion, which played a good leading role in improving teaching effect, improving students' interest in learning and reducing students' learning burden.

All or some members of the studio training members specifically participate in the following activities:

March 16 In Sanchahe Middle School, Mr. Zhang Lei and Mr. Fang Mingfeng gave a teaching and research class on "Observation and Discussion of Mathematics Concept Teaching in Grade 7 and Grade 8".

On March 23rd, the open class of "Efficient Classroom" teaching was held in No.7 Middle School.

On March 30th, I attended the math review class of grade 9 in Nanling Wanhe Middle School.

On April 6, I participated in the observation and discussion activities of eighth grade mathematics information technology-assisted teaching in the east campus of a normal university. The above activities include the demonstration and exploration of new teaching models by key teachers, as well as the presentations and reports of young teachers. Through after-class evaluation, the purpose of unifying thoughts and improving is achieved.

On April 13, according to the investigation of the hot issues that teachers in various schools are concerned about by the famous teacher studio, the studio organized a report on teachers' professional growth and a demonstration class. Three teachers in the studio gave a report and demonstration on the classroom teaching in Korean schools, and discussed with you the problems existing in the course of preparing lessons.

On April 20th, I participated in the math review seminar of senior three in Huiju School.

On April 27th, in the school, the studio invited Dong, a researcher and master tutor of the Municipal Education Institute, to give a special lecture entitled "The Art of Questioning in Classroom and Efficient Classroom" in view of the hot issues that teachers are concerned about in the current teaching work.

On May 4th, the workshop teaching demonstration was held in White Cat Central School.

On May 1 1, the observation and discussion activities of seventh and eighth grade mathematics teaching were held in Madu School.

In May 18, he participated in the special investigation on the efficient classroom of junior high school mathematics based on information technology in No.33 Middle School, and was invited to conduct preliminary exchange and discussion activities in No.33 Middle School in May 12.

Second, learn the "senior high school entrance examination teaching" with the "studio" as the core, and improve the "service consciousness"

This semester, all the members of the studio, Qi Xin, participated in the research of "Review Teaching for Senior High School Entrance Examination". In view of the effectiveness of the review class, four teachers carried out the teaching demonstration activities of the review class, and put forward fruitful suggestions on the conciseness of the lead-in link, the extraction of key problems, the selection of solving methods, the induction and abstraction of methods, which were affirmed and praised by the teachers attending the meeting.

Third, take "research on topics" as the starting point, study "teaching means" and improve "teaching ability"

This semester, all the students in the studio have been working on projects that have been established since the beginning of the semester.

After many discussions, exchanges and revisions, the Practical Research on the Art of Questioning in Junior Middle School Mathematics Classroom holds that the reform of questioning in mathematics classroom has really played a role in improving students' learning interest, improving learning efficiency, revealing the nature of knowledge and reducing students' learning burden. Both teachers and students have tasted the benefits of the art of questioning, which further enhanced their research confidence. In time, the studio invited experts to give a special lecture on the studio research topic "Practical research on the art of questioning in junior high school mathematics classroom teaching" to lead the teaching and research work in time. We will fully mobilize the training members of the studio, actively study the practical activities of classroom questioning art, and strive to sum up a set of scientific, standardized and instructive classroom questioning methods and practices. In order to improve teachers' teaching ability and enrich teaching methods, we should make our own efforts.

Fourth, take "expert guidance" as the leading factor, increase the intensity of "self-study" and improve "learning ability"

This semester, under the guidance of the host, the host took advantage of the opportunity of each teaching and research activity to guide the students in teaching methods, teaching skills, curriculum standards and other aspects through specific cases, and * * * conducted activities for 8 times; Each member writes an effective questioning teaching design and a research paper, which are discussed and commented in the studio. Each member studies an educational monograph and writes an article about his experience. During the summer vacation, in addition to revising the paper according to the opinions and suggestions, we should also provide five competition questions, write a teaching design of related research, and conduct demonstration research next semester.

This semester, with the care and guidance of the leaders of the Education Bureau and the efforts of all the members of the studio, the training plan of the studio was successfully completed. We will make persistent efforts, make use of the workshop summary meeting on July 4th, sum up experience seriously, find out shortcomings, arrange summer training, especially collect and study the problems that teachers need to solve urgently in teaching work, and complete the work that the studio should have.
