It is a discipline competition for full-time college students sponsored by China Optimization and Economic Mathematics Research Association. Until 2022, MathorCup University Mathematical Modeling Challenge (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition") is a subject competition for full-time students in ordinary universities sponsored by China Research Association of Optimization Methods and Economic Mathematics, and students answer questions through contest topics. Most of the contest topics come from the practical problems of enterprises. Every year, a seminar on the application of mathematical modeling in enterprises is held, and senior algorithm experts such as Alibaba, MathWorks and Didi Chuxing are invited to give reports and share the application of mathematics in practical problems.
