(2) interview procedures
Interview unified use of the interview evaluation software system developed by the examination center of the Ministry of Education. Candidates complete the interview after waiting for the exam, drawing questions, preparing lessons, answering prescribed questions, giving a trial lecture (demonstration) and replying. In principle, the preparation time is 20 minutes and the interview time is 20 minutes.
The interview implementation procedure is as follows:
Step 1: Wait for the exam. Candidates arrive at the test center on time with the interview admission ticket and ID card, and enter the waiting room for the test.
Step 2: Choose a topic. According to the arrangement of test sites, log in to the interview evaluation system, and the computer randomly extracts test questions from the question bank (kindergarten candidates choose 1 from the two selected test questions, and only choose 1 for other categories). After the examinee confirms, the computer prints the list of test questions.
Step 3: Prepare lessons. Candidates enter the lesson preparation room with the list of test questions, get lesson preparation papers, and write lesson plans (or activity demonstration activity plans). The lesson preparation time is 20 minutes.
Step 4: Answer the prescribed questions. Candidates are guided by the staff to enter the designated interview room. The examiner randomly selected two prescribed questions from the question bank and asked the candidates to answer them. The time is about 5 minutes. Candidates who apply for specialized courses and practice instructors in secondary vocational schools have not answered the prescribed questions, and other steps remain unchanged. The interview time is 20 minutes.
Step 5: Trial lecture/demonstration. Candidates give a trial lecture (or demonstration) according to the prepared teaching plan (or demonstration activity plan). Time 10 minute.
Step 6: Respond. The examiner asks questions around the content of the candidate's trial lecture (or demonstration), and the candidate answers. The time is about 5 minutes.
Step 7: Score. The examiner comprehensively scores the candidates' interview performance according to the scoring standard, and submits the scores through the interview evaluation software system. The results of the group should be copied on the interview score sheet and signed by the team leader for future reference.
