Harmonious classroom atmosphere does not mean giving up classroom management, and students can do whatever they want. In that case, it will become laissez-faire. Therefore, if any class wants to have good classroom discipline, it must formulate discipline rules. Of course, there should not be too many rules, but should be concise and easy to operate. With the rules, it is necessary to strictly implement them, so that students can fully feel that if they violate the rules, they will take responsibility and accept criticism and punishment. Especially the students in primary school are young, lively, playful, self-disciplined and poor in classroom discipline. Every class has a strict class style system, but there are still some students who have poor self-control ability. Sometimes they talk nonsense, fiddle with pens or pencils, whisper around and deliberately make noise. Students' bad habits interrupt teachers' thinking in class and the implementation of teachers' teaching plans, thus affecting classroom teaching and teaching quality.

Teachers should emphasize classroom discipline, standardize students' sitting posture and language in class, and cultivate students' study habits in classroom teaching. Teachers turn a blind eye to students' bad habits in class and let them go, then classroom teaching will become empty talk. Perhaps every teacher has his own method for these bad behaviors, but no matter what the method is, at least two principles should be followed, namely, the principle of regression and the principle of opposite substitution. According to H.B. krum and Boaz, the principle of regression is that teachers should take actions so that students can't get rewards from bad behaviors and stop bad behaviors themselves. On the contrary, the principle of substitution is to reward behaviors that are contrary to bad behaviors. Doing so can not only avoid unnecessary conflicts between teachers and problem students, but also win the support of the vast majority of students in the class, so the image of teachers becomes taller.
