Meaning of decimals:

1, divide a whole into several parts, 100, 1000 and so on. The part or parts of this 1 are a few tenths, a few percent and a few thousandths. Can be expressed in decimals.

2. One decimal place indicates a few tenths, two decimal places indicate a few percent, and three decimal places indicate a few thousandths.

3. Decimal digits are decimals, percentiles, thousandths, etc. The highest digit is decimal. The lowest bit of the integer part is one bit.

Properties of decimals: Add or delete zeros at the end of decimals, and the size of decimals remains unchanged. Move the decimal point to the right or left by n places respectively, and the value of the decimal point will be enlarged or reduced by n times.
