The exhibition hall covers an area of 6,543,800 square meters, with 6,543,800 pieces of cultural relics. The new Zhengzhou Museum is located at No.68/KLOC-0, Songshan South Road, Zhengzhou City, with an area of 14.8 mu and a building area of14,200 square meters. The main exhibition hall covers an area of 8,337 square meters, based on the bronze Fang Ding of Shang Dynasty unearthed in Zhengzhou, which means "standing in the Central Plains", with a round dish roof, far-reaching eaves and stretching lines, and a metaphor for the philosophical concept of "a round land". Zhengzhou Museum consists of four exhibitions: Ode to Mountains and Rivers-Fertile Soil of Civilization, Capital of Kings, Zheng Hanfeng-Spring and Autumn of the Old Country and Painting and Calligraphy Museum (temporary).
