Lishan College of Shandong Normal University is an ordinary full-time undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education and Shandong Provincial People's Government in June 2005. 20 13 Lishan College of Shandong Normal University moved to Qingzhou, and Shandong National Technician College was merged into Lishan College of Shandong Normal University.

20 1 1 Shandong Normal University signed a cooperation agreement with Qingzhou Municipal People's Government of Weifang City and Shandong Luxi Real Estate Co., Ltd., and the school decided to cooperate with Qingzhou Municipal People's Government and Shandong Luxi Real Estate Co., Ltd. to establish Lishan College.
20 13 was approved by the education department and moved to Qingzhou to run a school. Shandong National Technician College was merged into Lishan College of Shandong Normal University.
