After passing the first exam, 7 students studied in B2-3, 5 students studied in B2- 1, 1 students studied in B 1. When I first took over, I found that there were not many top students in the class and the student base was weak. In this exam, the questions are still very difficult, and the students who can get 7 are still working hard. There is also the distribution of eugenics. The top five students in the class are on the math eugenics line. In the way students answer questions, some students spend a lot of time answering questions, and some simple questions are ignored as a result. Explaining exam-taking skills requires guidance. There are also students, and the psychological tension in exams has also affected their grades. I find that students' comprehensive ability is not strong enough, so we should strengthen training in this field in future teaching. Sometimes students hand in their homework a little late. Is it because they can't afford it, or for some reason, especially unfamiliar? We need to push them harder. Faced with these situations, the measures for future work are:
1. Strengthen the research on exercises, including homework, and improve pertinence and effectiveness.
2. Study the amount of training and choose exercises. There are many exercises in senior three, either practicing or teaching senior three. Time is tight, so we should figure out what problems to solve in each class, and practice should follow the review goal, not review practice, and don't rely too much on practice.
3. Select and refine. Do it in front of the students. Pay attention to the problem of difficulty. We should consider the training quality of middle and high-grade questions. 4. Plan your own classroom, avoid the randomness of the classroom and improve the efficiency of the classroom.
5. To carry out line stepping work, weekly approval or interview is required. Work more actively. Exchange learning and exchange ideas. 6. Strengthen classroom (including self-study) management and communicate with students intelligently. Pay attention to the details that students show in class, and pay attention to the ways and aspects of interaction. )
7. Pay attention to the details of students and disciplines and communicate in time. Take the initiative to understand students' classroom situation, homework situation, problems, etc.
