In the end, only some "top students" with high scores and low energy can be cultivated. Therefore, education must change from exam-oriented education to quality education, that is, from the concept of imparting knowledge and teaching for grades to cultivating ability, tapping potential and teaching students learning methods. In teaching evaluation, judging the teaching effect from the mastery of a certain section of knowledge is transformed into judging the students' intelligence level. In terms of teaching quality, the concept of teaching quality has changed from simply measuring teaching quality by academic performance to improving comprehensive ability. On the teaching subject, the change from teacher-centered to teacher-centered and student-centered makes it clear that the role of teachers lies in cultivating students' learning ability and self-education ability.

Second, reform teaching methods and use teaching media.

As we all know, classroom teaching is the main position to implement quality education. The author explores the application of computer-aided teaching in junior high school mathematics classroom teaching, and stimulates students' brains from different angles and aspects through computer video, audio, pictures and audio to strengthen the dissemination of teaching information. For example, in the class of similar triangles, in order to let students correctly grasp similar triangles's judgment law, I used flash mathematics teaching software, which made students easy to learn and understand, and made them memorable, which broke through the teaching difficulties and improved the classroom teaching efficiency.

Third, teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and at different levels.

There are great differences among students, so teachers should treat different students differently.

For students who usually have good study methods, habits and grades, they are generally only given guidance on specific issues, and the training difficulty is appropriately increased. For example, these students are assigned a "daily problem" outside their homework, asking them to try their best to solve the problem and encouraging their innovative thinking. For students with correct learning attitude and diligent but average grades, they generally focus on the guidance of learning methods, check their study notes regularly, and explain the examples of "good questions and wonderful solutions" by chapter, so as to enhance their understanding of concepts and help broaden their thinking of solving problems. For students with good intelligence, but strong randomness and hard study, we should focus on educating and adjusting their learning quality, giving them the opportunity to be responsible for completing a certain task, enhancing their sense of responsibility and cultivating their attitude of serious study. For a few students with serious learning problems, the strategy of non-stimulation, low requirements and slow enlightenment is generally adopted to maintain good discipline in the classroom. Fourth, attach importance to scientific inquiry teaching and cultivate students' autonomous learning ability.

Scientific inquiry teaching is the hot spot of current teaching reform.
