1. Open the table to edit and select the PivotTable report. As shown in the figure below.
2. Select the data to be counted. By default, it is all selected. If you only need to select some data, hold down the left mouse button and drag the box to select it. After confirmation, a sheet 1 worksheet will be created under this EXCEL. As shown in the figure below.
3. There is a field list on the right side of sheet 1, which can be selected according to the content to be counted. The default line label will be displayed in the lower right corner accordingly. As shown in the figure below.
4. Because the final data needed is the summary of quantity, dragging the quantity in the left line label in the lower right corner to the value on the right becomes the sum item quantity. As shown in the figure below.
5, in order to make the data table look beautiful, easy to check the statistics. There are several options to adjust. As shown in the figure, click the option in the toolbar to pop up the dialog box. As shown in the figure below.
6. Select the Display tab, and then check the check box in front of the classic PivotTable layout. As shown in the figure below.
7. Finally, the PivotTable report is ready. As shown in the figure below.
