1. Generally speaking, the contents and questions of this mid-term exam are comprehensive, which will not exceed the scope of study and can comprehensively evaluate the students' mastery of the knowledge learned in the first half of the semester. In the topic arrangement, from easy to difficult, the number of questions is moderate and the score distribution is reasonable. Therefore, the knowledge assessment of the first half of this semester in the whole paper is comprehensive and detailed, and the difficulty is moderate.
Second, but the students' exam results are not ideal. The reason for this is the following:
1. Many students have poor basic knowledge. Students with low marks in this exam account for a considerable proportion. Among these students, many of them have poor foundation and weak basic knowledge, and some students fail even the four operations of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. And these second, third and fourth grade knowledge can't pass, and the fifth grade can't keep up. Medium-sized students also account for a considerable proportion. This part of students are mainly due to their lack of solid knowledge, easy to forget and make mistakes. The proportion of top students is small. There are few excellent students. The reason is that some students are not flexible enough in thinking and applying what they have learned. They can't solve the problem if they take a slight turn.
2, because the problem is not detailed enough, it is easy to lose points. Most of the reasons for losing points are carelessness, carelessness, misreading or omission.
3. The students' grades are not high, because many students are not interested in learning mathematics and can't study independently. If you encounter a problem you don't understand, just ignore it and muddle along. Even some students don't know what they don't understand at all, and they are in a daze all day. Students' interest in learning is very important. Many students are not interested in learning, can't concentrate on class, don't study independently after class, and their grades can't be improved. Moreover, according to the information obtained from home visits, many students are not conscious of studying at home, and quite a few students finish their homework on the day they get home, not to mention previewing or reviewing. Of course, as a subject teacher, I also have an unshirkable responsibility for students to achieve such results. As I just took over this grade, I don't know much about the students. Fail to track and catch up in time, check and fill gaps, and fail to understand the students' mastery in time. This is my weakness. In addition, due to the tight teaching time in the first half of the semester, I spoke faster in teaching and didn't have enough time to consolidate my practice and review, which is also one of the reasons for my poor performance in this exam.
Third, the above is the summary of the mid-term exam. In the second half of the semester, I will learn from the experience and make various effective measures according to the situation obtained in the first half of the semester to improve students' interest in learning and cultivate students' good study habits. In the future teaching process, we should follow up with students in time, understand their learning situation and teach students in accordance with their aptitude. At the same time, I humbly ask other teachers for advice and learn experience, and strive to improve my grades in the second half of the semester.
