Some people say that young teachers need to be honed for a long time to gain something. At present, with the general increase of young teachers in various schools, many schools are reluctant to let young teachers, especially new teachers, undertake important teaching tasks. This statement and this situation do not exist in our school. We believe that as long as we follow the laws of education, as long as we strive to provide a platform for the growth of young teachers, as long as we give them reasonable guidance and effective help, it is entirely possible for young teachers to break into butterflies in a short time, and their growth is actually not that complicated. First of all, equal competition opportunities are an effective prerequisite for the rapid growth of young teachers.
In September, 20xx, we received this year's students. I am the head of the mathematics subject group. There were seven teachers in math group at that time, except me. Teacher Guo Jingjing is 29 years old and has a job.

Xu Heng Middle School in Jiaozuo City has never been divided into fast and slow classes since the day it was founded, and each class has achieved "balanced students and balanced teachers" to the greatest extent. We believe that the history of human social development is the history of competition. Natural selection and survival of the fittest are natural laws. At the beginning of the first day of junior high school, our math group asked five young people to adjust their classes and put their classes behind me every day. They listened to my class first, and then went to their class. Whenever I have a class, five young people always sit at the back of the classroom and take notes carefully; After class, they gathered around me and asked for advice modestly. That's it. The collective lesson preparation system in Xu Heng Middle School has a long history, and the third class every Monday afternoon is the time for our group to prepare lessons. At this time, we always sit together and discuss this week's teaching content non-stop. For three years, we have been the best subject group in Xu Heng Middle School. It is no exaggeration to say that our subject group not only has the same class content, but also has the same homework every day. The collective wisdom is really powerful! We discuss teaching methods, form a reasonable and efficient classroom teaching process, select exercises, combine and strengthen extracurricular layered homework, exchange needed items, improve each individual's educational and teaching ability, brainstorm and build a strong and high-energy mathematics teaching team. The whole discipline group is like a chariot driving at high speed. Everyone is both division of labor and cooperation, and everyone is providing the greatest motivation for this chariot. Third, a strong learning atmosphere is a rich fertile ground for the rapid growth of young teachers.
The school-running goal of Xu Heng Middle School is to "create famous schools, cultivate famous teachers and talents". We believe that the most important school-running behavior is "training famous teachers". As long as we build a team of high-quality teachers, the school's goals can be achieved smoothly. Therefore, the school not only gives every teacher, especially young teachers, sufficient exhibition space, but also has a set of rules and regulations to promote the professional growth of teachers.
